Property charges both a resort fee and a cleaning fee.... then requests that you clean your dishes etc. Kinda odd. I'd stay again if I didn't have other options.

Dishwasher wasn’t emptied, so I was missing few things in my kitchen. Realizing at the end of the trip it was inside the dishwasher which we didn’t use

The noise of the heat conditioner in the studio was a little high and disturbing for sleeping, but the staff were helpful and figured it out by giving two heaters.

The location and cleaniness of Cascade lodge was great.

Very small studio ! No balcony . No fireplace. Not even room for a couch and the chair was very uncomfortable The pillows were too hard . There were4 pillows but all the same . Although the price looked reasonable in the ad they added so many fees and taxes it ended up being almost double .

Quite noisy the heat/fan. Please pay attention to it. It’s really annoying and makes difficult to sleep well the whole night.

The pool and the hot tub are really nice. The bed is comfortable and the location is really great.

Bed was broken in the original room but the incredibly helpful Reception immediately found me a new room. The new room was spacious with excellent self catering facilities, a large living area and a separate bedroom. The view was absolutely stunning. I'd have happily stayed longer if I could. It certainly put the far more expensive downtown hotel I stayed in to shame.

lack of bath essentials - (very small tub of shampoo/conditioner and bath foam) provided. parking is expensive too! $26 per day plus there's lack of free street parking within short walking distance available unlike other lodge/hotels. sofa bed were a little uncomfortable, with the mattress springs hurting your back most of the time.

The renovations are quite something! The futon would have been extremely cosy to sleep on (for 1, let alone 2 people) if additional beds weren't provided (which they were, so thank you!). Sitting on the futon to watch the TV was a a fun rodeo balancing act. The bedroom disco light arrangement was entertaining but gave off brothel vibes. The book case would have fallen over if I sneezed too hard. There was a piece of wood material that could be propped up near the front door - not sure if it was meant to be a desk or something? I'm not sure how long that coat stand is going to survive. It looks like the cheapest possible stuff off wayfair and won't last the season. Bring back the vintage vibes - at least it was all solid!

I've stayed at Cascades for many years and its always been great. The location, tub, ease of access are all super!

The check in text was a little confusing, room number had to be guessed based off the text, and the codes didnt specify what to be used for, meaning we were trapped in the carpark (with many others) for a while

Big room, lots of facilities, great spa, little gym, had everything we need to cook in the apartment. Great location, just across the street from town! Appreciated the fireplace too :)

Needs curtains on bedroom window especially with pool view as it’s being from the pool lit up all night and the sun rise. Curtains would be preferred
