Parking is a bit of an issue - we were lucky to secure a spot on the street but had to run out to pay the meter every 2 hours

Our suite was very spacious and our children thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The espresso machine is awesome if you’re a coffee lover - very tasty!

The rooms are a little tired, which isn’t a negative but it is obvious that it may be time for some updates, especially in the bathrooms where there was some cracked grout. One thing to consider is booking direct with the hotel. You will get access to reserve onsite parking and breakfast included in your stay.

The location of this hotel is incredible. Right in the middle of the action of Quebec City. On site parking is a plus and there is a cheaper 24hr parking garage just down the road. There’s dozens of restaurants within 3-5min walk, and you’re not far away from major sightseeing locations either. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Additionally the fact that we were able to bring our dog with us was a major bonus.

The coffee/expresso was wonderful when coming in from the cold. Breakfast was adequate and hotel location was centralized. It is a clean, quiet, with friendly staff and well maintained facility so I would certainly go back .

Outside front entrance could use a refresher. Sink countertop is on small side. Very slow elevator which runs almost silently.

Great location at a reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast with fair but not great choices of medium quality. Hotel comfort OK. Dimly lit bedroom with a finiky TV controller. Bathroom worked well and was clean with a good shower. Free coffees from machine in the lobby.

The hotel itself could use an update but I’m betting that most hotels are still trying to get back to pre-pandemic cash flows so I’m not surprised. I didn’t love the cloth shower curtain - they creep me out — and it would have been nice to have a few travel sized things like hand cream, but everything else was well stocked.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and included an arm chair, desk/desk chair and an ottoman, as well as 2 nightstands, each side with lamps. There was a closet as well, and the bedding was crisp and clean, as was the bathroom. The decor is dated and the hotel could use a facelift, but after paying triple the price to stay in a few other hotels with zero amenities and no space, I have no complaints! The parking was at the back of the hotel, easily accessible by the back door. I feel like I got my money’s worth and would recommend it if you are looking for an inexpensive hotel in an absolutely fabulous location. The room also had a wall unit heater/air conditioner, which I love as I am always turning the heat on and off. The room also had a wired telephone, a rare thing these days. Didn’t use it but it makes it easier to contact the front desk.

Not a big deal a small nuisance, if you wanted your room made up you had to put out the sign by a certain time.

Centrally located in old Quebec, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Not enough electrical outlets and many extension cords, not heavy, which I did not consider safe. Check in process should have included information on how to use the "Murphy" bed and TV. While watching TV someone from another room was able to interrupt our program trying to access their play list. Was this an insecure internet connection?

The small entrance hall looked somewhat "tired". The wall-to-wall carpeting everywhere looked well used.

Location very convenient equally for visiting the old town or the conference center. Room was spacious, well equipped.

Coffee/ cappuccino was included but cold. Went to front desk during stay and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up. Parking on-site was full, but expensive. We had to park a short walk away and it was $8 per day cheaper. Continental breakfast should have been included to make the stay great.

Expensive. I am confused about the amount of charges that showed up on my credit card bill. I think I may have been overcharged, have only now just realized and will have to try to get in touch with the hotel, or Booking.com, I am not sure which.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops and historic areas. Breakfast was reasonable for self serve, I liked the make your own waffles. I liked that they allowed us to bring our small dog and sit in a separate area from other diners with him on his leash under the table. This was much better than leaving him alone in the room.

The elevator was slow and we weren’t able to park on-site because I hadn’t pre-booked. I’m not sure if it asked about that or not. Our plans changed from not having a car to having one, so the oversight could have been mine.

The property was very close to the sites and easy to find.

Most Power outlets were not functional, they were so worn out that they could not hold a cellphone charger plugged in. Breakfast could be better and have other healthier choices

The room was big. Has free parking, free hot beverages, a comfortable bed and shower with soap and shampoo dispenser. It is not far from old Quebec center.
