To stir our coffee we would have to open a whole pkg. with other stuff that would end up going in the garbage. Also, for a green hotel it was a bit uncomfortable as the coffee maker coffee pods had excess packaging that included plastic

The staff were welcoming and let us know that if they could help with anything to let them know. The beds were very nice and the pillows were soft - very nice. We appreciated the plug in for phone etc at the bedside too. Like the idea of no carpet and the house slippers.

Didn't plan to use the pool so the fact it was experiencing problems was not an issues on this trip.

The hotel is located away from major traffic noise so is quiet. The room was clean and comfortable with a good sized fridge, The view of the partially iced over pond was entertaining with water fowl. The toilet/bidet Toto Washlet was unexpected and would take some getting used to.

The hotel's own restaurant area is too large and somewhat dreary. Poor lighting doesn't help it at all. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

Pond view room overlooked the large duck pond and fountain complex. Very pleasant. The rejuvenated Thunderbird Alley restaurant and boutique pedestrian district is a short walk away. This area has eateries, craft brewing pubs, coffee shops, and such. All very well done. Ample parking. Grocery store across the street.

The room itself was okay. There were some of the last traveller's belongings still in the room (beer left in the fridge) so it kind of made us question the cleaning. The towels/robes were also incredibly stiff and uncomfortable to use. Also, no breakfast included was quite a bummer. There was breakfast available for $20+ per person, but after spending $250+ on a room, you should at least be getting the breakfast included in our opinion.

We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna in the hotel! This was a huge highlight of our stay here. Also, the toilet in the room made us want to go toilet shopping! The bidet with heated toilet seat was great to experience!

the bed was a little soft for me and that's just me due to that I like firmer beds. At the restaurant, order espresso martini and it was a creamy martini, than my husband and I went on the Sunday ordered the belli-tini (to sweet, don't like sweet drinks) and than ordered steak bites and it came on a skillet pan, it wasn't sizzling and the bites were cold, the worst steaks bites I have had and it was a good thing my husband ordered a burger and fries so I had his fries

Only one elevator was working so we had to use the stairs quite a bit. Room did not have enough bath towels for a family of four.

We were able to check in a few hours earlier! I kike the complimentary ice water with fruit available at the front. Staff was always friendly.Kids liked the heated pool.We liked the free parking.

Large, clean, comfortable room, with a comfortable bed. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a Coast Hotel - good quality at a (somewhat) reasonable price, but nothing fancy. The pool and hot-tub are good and the hotel bar/restaurant is also.

Location was fabulous and the room hygienic level was high with all staff being very nice and professional indeed! We brought our three Shiba Inu dogs together and were warmly welcomed too! $100 pet-stay deposit was required. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory with all we need for first half day! Will book it again when coming to Chilliwack next time!

One bed, mattress was squashed on the edge so it had no support and bulged out at the edge. The other side was fine.
