Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. This was hands down the best place that we have stayed while traveling. Perfect location - spacious and open - clean and modern - everything we would think of needing for our week long stay in Montréal. Close to many restaurants and attractions without ever getting in a cab. Will be passing along this to anyone who is planning a visit to Montréal.

CanadaCouldn't get the Netflix to work (may have been user error), someone made a mistake and put shampoo or body wash in the conditioner container, no comfortable place to sit, only mirror is a full length one with no seating (makeup application), no creamer for the coffee and the bathroom scale didn't work.
Pros: check-in was easy if comfortable with phone/email self check-in, nice bath robes provided, nice shower, room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped, location was close to cruise port.

United StatesCheck in must be done in advance, one day ahead or they cancel your reservation. It is complicated. Took 3 calls to find out i had to call B of A for special authorization. I would not stay there again. There is no lobby or sitting area. The one staff member there is very busy managing multiple properties.
The place is first class, but set up for extended stays i think. The day staff member was very kind to find me a doctor.

Canadaopen bathroom concept is not ideal for intimacy. Impersonal "automated" service. Can get loud with FlyGin bar across the street but the room is generally well isolated.

United StatesI didn't like that there was no privacy when taking a shower, since the shower was totally exposed to the entire room. The bathroom wash sink was out in the main room, and lacked counter space. The room had concrete floors and did not have a warm inviting atmosphere.
The beds were very comfortable. Everyone at Simplissimo helped walk us through the process of checking in the room. It did have an elevator.

Great bed, excellent location, fun modern motif.. We loved having a kitchen, even cooked there. Loved the separate love seat with TV so you don't need to be on bed.

United StatesThe entry and hallways are painted a very dark color and the lighting is subdued so it was hard for me to see the access code panels to get into the building and the room. I liked the vibe though so just used the flashlight on my phone when needed. Parking space is at a premium. We were able to use a lot about a half block from the hotel - but the experience was not particularly positive. Cash was required - we only had US$ at that time but they charged the same dollars whether US or Canadian. When we prepared to leave they charged an extra day. Despite this, we would definitely stay at the hotel again - and perhaps find a different spot to park.
Perfect location for us as we wanted to spend time in the old part of the city. The walking tours, shopping and dining were within easy walking distance though being steady on your feet is important due to the cobble stones and ragged condition of curbs etc. Everything seemed brand new. Decor is very industrial and gray with fantastic ambient lighting which really brightened up the space. It was quiet in the room. And it seemed every amenity had been considered.
