We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaStaff plan for teams to come and close the pool. This was our second stay in one month and both times there was “pool issues”. Though they did let them in for our second stay, they told the kids it closed at 9 when a different time was very clearly posted on the door. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Requested a Suite and was called while we were on our way to say they didn’t have it available and we were being put in a smaller room. Customer service was asleep when my husband went down and asked for an extra garbage bag, hair in the shower upon arrival. I accidentally locked myself out of my room without my key and the guy at the front desk was obviously very annoyed that he’d have to follow me up to the room where I didn’t think to grab my ID before locking myself out. I feel like I’d rather spend the extra money and stay right in Fredericton with better customer service.

But we are older and if not for our son with us we never could’ve got our luggage up the stairs. No offer to help and not even a discount for our inconvenience.

Canadahockey tournaments, very loud, hotel is old and dated. floors very creaky, better selection for breakfast perhaps muffins, bacon, more fruit. elevator often broke down, multiple key cards demagnetized. for the age and location I think its a priced a little high especially when staying 10+ nights

CanadaMy bed sheets had stains upon arrival, my toilet flooded in the middle of the night and soaked the clothes I had on the floor in the bathroom and the purpose of our trip was to use the pool as a family for 3 days after Christmas and it definitely was not cleaned once during our stay and progressively got worse by the day. The 15% discount I received for one night and having to move rooms was kind of meh
