How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Lounge was not open. Underutilized space. I had to turn the hot water on full blast to have a warm shower. It never did get up to full temperature.
Check in staff was great. The restaurant was fantastic.

The parking wasn't very spacious and the room we had was right across the elevator so we could hear everything. And the parents let their children run all over up and down the halls knocking on our door .Not very sound proof. So it could use a little more sound proofing.
We enjoyed the in room jacuzzi tub was amazing and the bed was very comfy . Also how convenient it was to have a built-in restaurant.

Pool area was horribly gross. Water was literally YELLOW like it was filled with pee. Very dirty with a bunch of bandaids etc floating in it. Looked like it doesn’t get cleaned. Major puddles all over the floors. My kids who will swim almost anywhere said it was the worst hotel pool they ever went to.

It would be great if there were more green space near by since it is pet-friendly, for bathroom breaks. Not much sound proofing between the different levels (ie kids running around above can be easily heard).
Great location, pet friendly, and nice, newly renovated rooms.

The bathroom sink didn't work. So we had to use the bath tub to wash up and brush are teeth. That what I didn't like.
My daughter lives the water slide. That part was good.

Disappointed that the pool, hot tub and hotel pub were all closed, during our stay and that we weren’t offered a reduced booking price because of this! If they would have posted something on their website about the closures, we would have had the option to choose somewhere else that had these things to offer!
property was in a good location and clean. Reception very friendly and recommended a great restaurant for all of us to eat!

poop and hotub were closed and no where on website did it mention this! we stayed for New Year’s Eve with our kid and searched specifically for hotels with pool and hotub this is why we booked here

We got a 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette. There were no utencils in the kitchen and the hotel only had wooden spoons. beyond disappointing. Coffee maker in the room is old and disappointing. I would just go downstairs every morning and use the keurig at the front desk. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped with enough pans, pots, and the fridge is still a mini fridge. There is no breakfast at this hotel and there is also no restaurant on site. The pool was very dirty. Ring around the pool and hot tub. Underneath the towel bin is a dirty and pieces of food which remained there for our entire stay. Also some cheerios underneath the pool chairs. It is ridiculously dirty. My kids enjoyed it regardless.
Location was good, central to everything. The staff was extremely friendly. They were all so nice and tried to be accomodating.

No breakfast. adjoining restaurant was closed for breakfast, except sign in elevator said it was open from 7am till 10am. was unable to connect to wifi, instructions given on 1.5" by 2" piece of paper. extremely unprofessional. Door key card took on average 8 attempts to open door. Had to ask for towels. Garbage still in waste basket from previous customers. TV was basically impossible to operate, worst channel selection since the 1990's
