The fan in the room didn't work to circulate heat.

We got a different room than it said on booking but it was fine too. Large bathrooms. Great fireplace and views.

Hottub was closed but we didn’t know until we were checked in. Breakfast was boring.

Door opened and closed with difficulty. No firewood provided for the first night ($300 a night off-season) and it's $25 to purchase. Firewood sells for $10 a bundle at a nearby corner store. The room had a mini-fridge and microwave, but no plates or cutlery. Toilet seat is not comfort height.

Terrific location and view. King size bed a plus. Continental breakfast available and self-serve coffee fixings.

A brief orientation upon check in would have really helped us. Info up front about the onsite restaurants/hours, spa, hot tub, yoga studio, housekeeping, etc. It was a little confusing and would have helped us out to get that info up front.

Nothing to complain about here!

The property is on the water with a little path down to a cute beach. We watched the ferry come in from the lawn in front of our room. Rooms were basic and clean. After reading other reviews we were very worried about what it would be like. We were very happy with the cleanliness and the water in the rooms was clean out of the taps. The food in the restaurant was good. There were 6 of us in 3 rooms and all of us said we would definitely come back.

Please provide More towels, basic supplies in the kitchen ( eg oil, vinegar, foil) would be helpful and are expected for a kitchen . I also was surprised to learn there was no maid service in the room. When paying hotel rates one would expect that service.

We stayed in a villa so made our own breakfast and lunches.

Beautiful location and generally fine overall, but for the price paid the property and suites are getting a bit worn, and in need of some love and attention. Hot tub was out of order, faucet in bathroom tub leaked onto floor, jets in tub weren't working, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, weather stripping on patio door was torn, landscaping needed some care, no bed making maid service, and the breakfast basket was also rather underwhelming. First world complaints for sure, but for the price paid these are little things that add up and are noticed.

The location is wonderful and the dinner at Atravida restaurant was exceptional

It is advertised there is a hot tub. But not working. Need to have a smart t.v.

At this time of year, the restaurant is not open most days for any meals. The towels could be newer.

A well kept and comfortable Inn. This was our second visit. The views are beautiful and calming. The dining room well sited for great scenes. Loved the wood burning fireplace.

Spa tub water on deck was brown, couldn't keep fire going in fireplace (also difficult to start, matches didn't light), heated floor in bathroom didn't work, tv in bedroom wouldn't work with remotes, could do with a better coffee maker. Hopefully all fixed by next time!

Spacious apartment like room with spacious covered deck with fireplace, built-in BBQ, and spa tub. Large separate bedroom with comfortable king bed. Amazing location on the water near the ferry. Looking forward to our next visit.

Staff didn't know almost anything we asked. The hot pool was not working . The bathtub in the room is leaking, and taking a shower there is impossible as you have to leave the water on. Too much waste. Also, there were a lot of dog hair on the floor
