Just maybe the location of the hotel being right off the main road/highway but that’s it.

It was clean and quiet and the staff was exceptional. They let us check in early and were very accommodating.

Sadly we both have complications from a well lived life. The bed was a bit too firm. Our only criticism.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful upkeep, maintenance and decor. This hotel rivals only one other hotel ive stayed at, for value for money.

Nothing significant except for the weather outside, very wet and windy.

Spacious well equipped room. Lots of storage and lighting all working well for our needs. The simple breakfast was welcome at no extra cost.

Beds for 4 adults were quite small, I got double beds when I expected queen size. The front desk person when we arrived didn't act as the front desk. Always in the kitchen area,I have to look for her, sleepy or as in pajamas. And we arrived as 7pm

The wifi was unusable: at first it didn't recognize the password, and when eventually it did, it kept dropping.

Comfortable clean room. It's nice that they provide coffee and muffins at breakfast time.

The cleanliness of the room was lacking. There was a prescription pill laying on the carpet, that was not from us. And the bathroom fan was very noisy, and in need of service.

The fragrance of the pool was pleasantly noticeable, and that was relaxing right away! The room was nicely appointed, and the extra blanket was appreciated!

The staff were a bit hard to find at times. Wish the complimentary breakfast had stuff other than muffins, tea, and coffee.

The hot tub was a nice addition. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location is good. Quiet hotel (at least in October). The garden to sit in is lovely but it was quite rainy so we didn't get to enjoy it much.

Everything was great, if I was being picky I'd have liked a kettle in the room as microwave tea is not the same!

Nicely appointed room, we were upgraded to one with a large balcony. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker etc. Bathroom had a walk in shower and was very clean. Hotel gardens are very pretty. Grab and go breakfast was perfect for our requirements with muffins, fruit etc. 20 minute walk to Gibsons Landing (30 minutes back up a very steep hill).

The rooms close to the pool area can be a bit noisy. The sprinkler system in the gardens come on in the afternoon and if you're walking to your room you get sprayed.

We like that it's close to Gibsons Landing and walking distance to most amenities. The courtyard is lovely and the pool & hot tub are great!

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the garden and relaxed there at the end of our day as well. The fruit and muffins provided in the morning were an added bonus.

The hotel is on the main road in Upper Gibsons. To get to the waterfront area, you would probably need a ride unless you don't mind walking half an hour down the steep hill (and up to get back). We did walk and it was good exercise. The bathroom in our room is on the small side.

Loved our stay at Gibsons Garden Hotel. Checking in was smooth and the lobby looks great. Our room has 2 queen beds and faces the back parking lot. Everything was clean and in good condition. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi which were also very clean. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped with a koi pond. The grab-and-go station offers free muffins, fruits and coffee in the morning.
