Nothing it was amazing! One note is the pull out couch is small. My son is 6’ tall so it was small for him. But it would accommodate children just fine.

It was across the street from the water. Had a beautiful view from room 204. The rooms were exceptionally clean so was the entire property.

We found the bed was a little too soft and became uncomfortable through the night, but it is just a preference thing. Also the shower was lacking in the water pressure, but not a huge deal.

We loved the location, as it is close to all the shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated with a sleek modern design. We had the creek view which was lovely if you like the sound of flowing water. We were contacted by text message that we could check in early and we're given an option to check out late, which was really lovely.

Insulation between floors is inadequate. Footsteps upstairs are quite loud.

Host is super friendly and accommodates our request for early check. Location is superior in the heart of downtown Gibson, everything is just steps away. Room is newly upgraded, very clean and fully equipped.

It would have been great if the room had a hairdryer. I needed to plan ahead when to wash my hair.

The room was clean and cozy. having kitchen facilities was helpful to cook a simple meal in the room. Local coffee and tea were provided.

One of the blinds in my room was broken, which meant an entire half of the window was permanently obscured. A hairdryer would have been useful.

Clean and pleasant room, spacious and with good facilities. Location was great, steps away from the marina and lovely walks by the sea and under 10 minutes walk from the town, shops and cafes and restaurants.

The walls are a little too thin, so you if the other guests are talking loudly, moving furniture, or have an infant, you can hear them.

Very clean, central location just off ‘downtown’ Gibsons by the water where all the shops and restaurants are, steps away from the community centre, and Michael is an amazing and very personable property manager! The bathroom was very clean. Bookings at this property does not come with toiletries.
