Hot tub was extremely dirty hair and bugs in it we were unable to use extremely disappointing as that was one of the reasons we booked. Unit is over a bar which is under the bedroom so was loud at times, but not a dealbreaker for us.

Great unit looking at the mountain. Fantastic location in upper village. Walkable to everything.the unit itself was great everything we needed.

Very poor window coverings - it was so light at night that I struggled to sleep with all the outside lights shining in all night. You need curtains or blackout blinds in the bedroom, please. Also, the bathroom had been poorly cleaned. There were multiple hairs evident on the floor and in the shower before we even used this area. Although there were instructions on how to sort compost and recycling, there was very little information about where and how to dispose of these. I had to ask at the front desk.

The location is excellent for accessing the Blackcomb gondola, but also a short walk to the main village (or a free shuttle right outside). Spacious rooms - separate bedroom with comfortable bed, living area, two bathrooms. Good hot shower. had most things we needed for a comfortable stay.

The pull out couch in the living room was old, tired, and very uncomfortable. It is not good enough for people to sleep on and needs to be upgraded. There also were no sheets for the pull out couch in the room.

Location is excellent. Ski concierge is excellent. Hot tub was great.

There was nothing we didnt like about this property.

Location is excellent right next to the Gondola. Onsite (paid ) secure parking. Room was very spacious with 2 bathrooms and separate living area/kitchen. We stayed 2 nights but would be perfect for longer stays

The building itself was pretty dated.

Location was right next to the gondola up Blackcomb Mountain and walking distance to the village. The unit itself was bright and comfy with 2 bathrooms. The kitchenette was enough for us. The pullout couch was good comparatively.

In the separate bedroom, the air conditioner did not work well The fridge needed the freezer defrosted. The pool was quite small., but adequate A barbeque area would be nice, but it was fine without.

I wish they mentioned their “kitchenette” doesn’t have a stove. We planned to cook a few meals in the room but that wasn’t possible. We travel with bikes and they had a bike storage room for guests, which we appreciated, however the door to that room didn’t lock properly and we felt unsafe to store our bikes.

The location was great. Right at the base of upper village and also a short walk away from the main village. Quiet at night. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Biggest downfall and the only reason I would not return is that the property wasn't thoroughly cleaned before arriving. There was a dirty sock found in the sofa and tissue behind the bed. Additionaly The water easily comes out of the both showers so we had to be extra diligent in keeping water from coming out. I wish that a minimum of 2 compost bags would have been provided for the length of our stay but that's just something that would have been nice and not a necessity.

Very modern and has working AC in the unit. Laundry facility was very useful. The location is a short walk to the lower village and at the foot of the upper village, great spot for kids entertainment. Also like that the shuttle is just outside the doors, so a quick ride to Lost Lake. Lobby staff was nice and greated me upon my entry on the first night.

Some of the cutlery were dirty and was left inside the kitchen drawer with peanut butter on it. So please do check the kitchen cutleries to make sure the forks and knives are thoroughly cleaned. The hot tub was not so hot on Monday, I don’t know what went wrong there.

The mandatory bike storage uses outdated supports not suitable for state-of-the-art mountain bikes. The security of the bikes is not guaranteed with a common code to the room. Guests are attempting to lock their bikes to a tube on the wall which can be unscrewed with simple tools. It needs serious update. The swimming pool is miniature and cannot be used for swimming. It is basically the size of the hot tub and is filled with cooler water. Parking is not included, if one decides to use the convenient hotel's parkade in the basement.

Great size of the apartment in a nice corner location overseeing the mountains. The size of the hot tub is good.

The dish washer didn't work. The maintenance person tried to fix it but failed. The gym was so hot; no air conditioning there. The bedding sheets seemed not very clean.

It was a nice, quiet and comfort place. The room was spacious enough for all of us. The Staff were helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped that I could do some simple cooking. When I made the reservation, I was hesitant to book this place as it only mentioned the heating system but didn't mentioned the air conditioning. Therefore, we brought our fans. But surprisingly it had air condition. We were very happy. We had a great time staying in this lovely place.

Kitchen utensils & crockery were very limited eg even though the apartment slept 4, there weren’t 4 of the basics such as mugs, wine glasses etc. This also meant we had to run the dishwasher daily, which is wasteful.
