Beds in second room old/uncomfortable, especially single bed - mattress or box spring really low on one side; hurt my body. Room was overlooking pool/hottib - super noisy - was like windows were open when they weren’t. Screaming kids, etc.

I was pleased with the comfortable bed, good location, and underground parking. I did not like the bedroom which was a loft style. Also the upper window did not have any curtains and the sunlight was very bright early in the morning.

The pre-check in communication was very limited. The property actually has a fully functional and helpful front desk on site. But that’s never communicated to us at any point. Because it’s listed as a condo/lodge, we were waiting and waiting for check-in instructions but never heard anything. Also there are some requirements for check-in, which are very standard but it’d be nice if that’s communicated ahead so that guests can arrive prepared.

Beds were hard. Walls in room were scuffed up. Dishwasher did not shut off and leaked. No close garbage disposal other than a hike through the parkade. At 10:45 am, ahead of check-out, we were rushed by the cleaning team as they attempted to enter our suite. We were on track for the 11:00 am departure and just needed to finish a few quick things, and didn't think we were an inconvenience (but we felt we were...)

Need to update the tv internet, we don’t watch a ton of TV when we’re in Canmore but when we come home at night, we do want to watch a show and usually Netflix is where we want to go!

Great property! Dated but clean. No internet on the tv, so no Netflix, etc, they need to fix that. Great surroundings!

The bed was uncomfortable and had indents in it, there was no tv in the rooms, the bathtub was small and the bathroom fan extremely noisy. Updated coffee pots would be a plus. No one wants to wait 15 min for a coffee when they first wake up.

The location was wonderful And the mountain view was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms was very clean and homey.

Easy check-in. Underground parking was plentiful. Unit was clean and comfy. Had coffee/creamer/tea.

The carpets were filthy. Neighbours constantly slam their doors. The bedroom seemed to be on display with unreachable windows with no window dressing. Great if you're an exhibitionist.

Lovely spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. The location was superb and garaged parking was excellent. The communal lift smelt beautifully clean and very welcoming. I say this compared to other hotels I have stayed in.
