The wifi in my room was a bit spotty. I faced Rue Saint-Louis and while I wanted to have windows open it was a bit noisy with blip blap cars parading on weekend nights. Shut windows+AC=slept fine tho:)

Perfect location for me - right at the top of the old town, next to a quiet park. The check-in agent was so nice and helpful! Breakfast staff was kind. I enjoyed the little sitting room in the front area.

The bathroom door need a handle on the inside; it was hard to open the sliding door with no handle. The sink was slow to drain, and the shower as well. Could use some Drano.

Room was great, although my wife was surprised there was not a regular window in the room, only a skylight. I actually loved the skylight and extra parlor. Loved the breakfast, the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the front desk staff.

Breakfast was meagre. The time needs to be extended by a half hour later. The TV did not have MSNBC.

The only thing I'd like to see improved is noise. The hotel itself is tranquil, however, the isolation isn't perfect. We suffered a bit from guests on our own floor talking loudly in the common area. We also suffered a bit from guests in the room above our room and decided it was a good idea to walk around without shoes/flip-flops. Perhaps it can be solved by providing guests with slippers, or by just asking the guests/emphasizing to keep the tranquility.

The hotel's location is excellent, nearby most of the main attractions in the old city. The staff is very accommodating and lovely, this feels like a family business. Breakfast was tasty and great. The shower in our room was excellent.

Recently renovated with comfortable, attractive furnishings. Very clean. Exceptional breakfast included with our room rate. We were on 3rd floor so appreciated the elevator. The flower beds along the sidewalk were beautiful complement to park across the street.

Maybe put a handle on the sliding bathroom door to make opening and closing a little easier. Nothing bad to say.

The location was excellent and we were greeted pleasantly. They were happy to store our bags until the room became available. The room was such a pleasant surprise, like a charming European one. Lovely decor, cosy, felt like we were in Paris. Double-glazed windows (what a blessing to have no street noise after some of our recent stays). Temperature was great. Breakfast was delicious. We thought the email said there would be no service for our length of stay but we were surprised to find our room had been made up and fresh towels provided while we were out. Although the bathroom was very small, it had everything we needed and it was exceptionally clean. We would stay again. Highly recommended.
