no parking on-site however there was a parking garage about a 5 minute walk away and the hotel provided card access to it for their patrons. we didn’t use out car during our stay anyway

so charming! great location, approximately 7 minute walk to chateau Frontenac and tour buses. walking distance to tons of restaurants

I booked a king size quiet room and our room was an interior spacious room with a window to a courtyard. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Breakfast was buffet style but not self serve, I believe because of COVID precautions. Bagels, croissants, fresh fruit bowl, yogurt, etc. We especially liked having a keyless entry to the room.

There should be signage out front like some other hotels letting guests know that they can pull up front to check in and check out. Advertise your free breakfast - it’s a selling feature. There are no recycling bins in the rooms - I took my recycling home with me. Very pricey for a 3-star hotel.

The location cannot be beat - all the sites are a short walk away. The hotel has an arrangement with an indoor parking garage a 5 minute walk away for $17 a night with in and out privileges. The rooms, although small, are charming, cozy and clean. There is a simple but decent free breakfast provided, although it is strangely not advertised in the hotel description nor mentioned at check-in. Please note that you can pull up front to unload upon arrival and load upon departure, although there is no signage indicating so. The staff are super friendly.

Phenomenal breakfast, the owners/staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was unbeatable - just steps from all the main sites and near dozens of restaurants. Parking was close-by and easy to access.

our room on the ground floor was more noisy than I had anticipated. Entering and exiting the garage that the hotel rented on our behalf to park our car was a real hassle; that in my opinion was the most significant drawback of the hotel.

location of the hotel made it easy to visit Quebec City's points of attractions quite easily. The breakfast provided in the hotel was diverse was very diverse and of good quality served by a friendly professional staff

Like every decent/nice hotel in Quebec, I wish it cost less. However, this hotel seemed to cost less than others that I found of similar quality.

We loved the location. It's on a quieter street across from a park in Old Quebec city, but really close to restaurants and shops, and a short distance from the river. The owners and staff were all really nice, and they speak English too. I stayed at this same hotel a few winters ago (Carnaval) and I liked it so much that I came back.
