Fabulous location close to parks, the citadel and plenty of restaurants inside and outside of the old city. The room was lovely, clean and quiet and we enjoyed breakfast each morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very European-style room which means very small and very small bath. But we had everything we needed. The toilet had a very low seat so not great for tall people.

The wifi was spotty. When connected, the internet speeds were good, but the wifi itself dropped a lot.

The location is superb with easy walking access to everything you would want to visit in old Quebec City. The variety and quality of the included breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip.

Really nothing we didn't like. I suppose if I had to nitpick the parking garage was about a half mile away and this could present difficulties for someone with limited mobility. But it did not bother me. I enjoyed the walk through the park to get to the parking garage.

The location was fantastic right in the midst of the Old Town an all the sights. Room was cute and cozy. Breakfast was included. Staff spoke English and were very helpful and friendly.

A kettle in the room would be helpful rather thank having to go downstairs for a cup of tea.

Quaint hotel situated at the edge of the old town. Tastefully decorated with comfortable and welcoming interior. Plenty cupboard space. Clean well presented rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Common room on ground floor has hot water, tea and coffee facilities. Also complimentary chocolates which is a nice touch. Fridge and ice bucket in room. Good breakfast spread with choices of both hot and cold options. Personal PIN entry to rooms. No key cards to keep safe. Great views of city skyline. Very close to all sites. Grocery store 300mtrs walk has all essentials. Easy access to restaurants in old city.
