We absolutely loved this hotel. It was very clean, very unique, breakfast was amazing and we felt very well taken care of. Location was fantastic, as we could walk to restaurants and sightseeing. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

We had a great time staying at this hotel and will definitely visit this place again if coming back to Quebec. We could store our carriages at hotel after our check out time for a few hours because of late flight time. When going back to airport, the hotel called taxi for us. Breakfast provided by hotel was also pretty good and every member working at this hotel is very nice and kind!

Room is a little small. No lid on the toilet bowl, and shower curtain right on the toilet bowl. Would like 2 chairs instead of desk in the room.

Nice breakfast with quick service from staff. Lots of choices, great croissants! Comfy beds, pillows. Liked the brick and stone walls. Lovely flowers in all the windows in the downstairs area.

This hotel was well located being a short walk both from the town centre and the Citadelle. It was 3 old houses knocked into 1, more of a guesthouse than a hotel, but none the worse for it. The room was fairly small but comfy and well equipped. Breakfast was adequate and the staff were very helpful. Provided you do not expect the facilities of a large modern hotel this was an excellent place to stay.

It’s a corner hotel on Rue de Esplanade and St. Louis so you can hear some evening traffic.

The hotel is amazingly close to all the activities of the old city. Easy walk to the plaza of Champlain and the walk to the original city below.

It comes with a breakfast buffet European style which is very good. The only thing a bit disturbing is that the very friendly staff serves you, but you have to ask for nearly each and everything. You cannot just get it yourself.

We liked the room and the location of the hotel very much. The staff is very friendly.

Location was excellent! Parked our car once we checked in at a nearby parking garage and walked everywhere!

The only thing I might mention is that in the room in which we stayed (#26) there was only one small chair available to sit on other than the bed. A larger chair in which to sit and read, with a convenient lamp, would have been appreciated.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We really appreciated having breakfast available for us in the morning. The location is ideal.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, marking maps for me and giving dining suggestions. They worked to fill all my requests. Our room was spacious with beautiful oak floors and a view of L’Esplanade across the street.

The Japanese family that owned the hotel were all so helpful and accommodating. Everything was super clean. The breakfast was wonderful.
