Units 220 and 338 need to be touched up, very dated, but comfortable to sleep in.

Did not have breakfast. Location was the best part of this property. Beautiful area for the kids to play with the snow. Everything was lit up.

The furniture and decor have seen better days, but everything in the unit was in working order. The unit was very hot despite turning off all the heat, and there were no screens on the windows. We reported the heat issue, so I’m sure they will fix it. Also, too many texts and emails from Vacasa with the same message.

The location was excellent. The staff was friendly. The bed was very comfy!

Wrong instructions for key pick up..we did book late afternoon but when arrived missed pick up key location by 5mins took over half hour at least to get key finally arrived in apartment 10pm and had to be out by 10am

There was no elevator close by to get to the room which is on the third floor. I was fine but some people might find it a problem.

Convenient location. Close to a big grocery store. Nice view of Olympic Plaza. Very safe surrounding. Comfortable place to stay.

Heating was blowing in the corridors and the lift nearest our room was out of use and we had a disabled guest with us.

In big BOLD letters we should all be told to park in the 15 minute free zone or sit in the car til a spot opens up! The parking fellow ticketed us within 10 minutes, when there weren't any free stalls left and while we were picking up the keys. Definitely a downer!

We couldn’t store our bags as we arrived early, it’s a bit dated furniture needs updating. Disappointed that we had no housekeeping in a 10 day stay.

One of the rooms was a little 'tired' looking and in both we were unable to use the dresser drawers as there were no runners to hold them in the dresser.

Location was great, room was clean, facilities all in good working order. We received a call upon check in to make sure everything was fine, much appreciated.

The dishwasher is broken, but they sent someone to fix it right away. The room seems dark but probably the ambiance just doesn't fit to our liking.

The place is clean and close to the village. Staff are welcoming and warm. They sent someone right away when we called about the dishwasher being broken.

- Information about the check-in process is still a mess. It should be clear in the listing that the check-in / check out place is a 5 minute drive away from the property, and I don't see a reason why keep the place where the keys are retrieved a secret in the listing either. To make matters worse, even adding the trip in the Vacasa app does not make this information come any easier. - Bed felt uneven.

- Superb location, in the heart of the city, lots of good stuff to do and places to eat are within walking distance. - Apartment is well equipped. Lots of appliances are also available: coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. Plates and silverware as well. - Safe, covered parking spot.

The pull-out couch is not the most comfy but that is typical for those types of beds and the age of the unit. We compensated by using the pull-out trundle bed and using the cushions to make another bed instead of using it. The place was a little dated but for the amount of time we spent in it, it did not matter. Parking spots are extremely small but it should be noted that I have stayed at a few places in Whistler and encountered this. They are so small you can not open the door to get out and I do not have a massive vehicle just a minivan.

Great location in the village right near the end of the village. The balcony overlooked trees and the park near the Olympic rings and kids' playground. Close to a liquor store, Mcdonald's, Tim Hortons and many other coffee shops, and Market St grocery store. Clear directions were provided regarding needing to pick up keys (2 sets) at another property (The Aspens) about 5 minute drive away. The unit has air conditioner unit in Master bedroom and the main room living area. There was a single bed with a full trundle bed underneath it in the second room off the living room. Hot tub is available on 3rd floor and we used a few times and did not meet any other guests using it. Price was reflective of the older unit and a good value for families that are looking for a clean place to stay with easy access to the village and not concerned about the modern look.

No fans or aircon present - difficult during summer as it was very very hot and uncomfortable. Part of the blinds was on the floor, obviously broken, when we arrived and the coffee table was also broken.
