Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomEverything else was okay. We were there in March. Skeleton staff just keeping the hotel ticking over ready for the summer season. Lobby, Bell boy, cleaning staff, restaurant staff, were all thin on the ground. Hotel has a huge turnover of guests staying for only one or two days. Place looks tired and dusty. But the location is the best!
Location, location, location. This is the main and only reason to choose this hotel. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water.

CanadaThe buffet breakfast was meh, better to find some other place to have breakfast at. Most ice machines were not working, we ended up going to 6 different floors to find a WORKING ice machine. The toilet was broken and I had to stick my hand in the water reservoir in the back of the toilet to adjust it EVERY TIME I flushed.
The view was obviously amazing, we had a room with the Fallsview and it was gorgeous.

Also when we ordered drinks from room service the bucket had no ice around the beers and the ice machines are turned off currently. Didn’t think staff requesting a tip for an inclusive ‘self service’ breakfast made sense.

United KingdomFelt a bit dated rooms dark and heating noisy . Public area dated . Small issues too have to get out of bed to turn bedside light off . The bathroom fan was noisy when went toilet in night . Constant noise from heating or pipe work. And to top it all only one choice of rose wine at the bar which was not the best lol .
