Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaAgain the whole hotel was outdated and looked like from the mid eighties and it had a real old smell.
I thought the rooms were not worth more than a 150 a night stay as the hotel is super outdated but clean yet it had a weird odour everywhere. With tax we paid 225

Breakfast was very good but a bit expensive. when I booked and I called they told me it's $11 plus tax but when we were there they said $13.99 plus tax and they they didn't tell us that coffee and juice not included. They charged extra.

United StatesSurprise (to me) $15 parking fee in addition to room fee. Breakfast buffet for sale @ $13. No thank you. A/c difficult to regulate, shifting between ON (cold) and off. Desk staff on arrival not welcoming, bordering on rude to get me to the room and out of their space. it’s an older facility, not in bad shape, but not a place I want to stay again.

United StatesThe building interior and exterior could be modernized. You could hear people in the rooms next door. The pool was nice but not heated. The spa was also nice but too warm and the water was not so clean.
The staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and included a refrigerator it would have been nice if it also had a microwave. Close to the Falls.

CanadaThe female staff at the front desk replied “Are you serious?” when the man who was processing our room asked for help. Then she huffed and puffed her way through it which was amusing but terrible as a business model. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything, everywhere. The AC helped but heaven help you if you’ve got a loud talker next door like we did.
Rooms were clean and the beds were surprisingly nice. The AC worked and helped block out the hall noise. Use the opportunity you have to go to Bird Kingdom. It’s actually great! We were all surprised but it was fantastic.

Canadathe air conditionning in the room was extremely noisy, and the room was kind of small for four people. We also had to pay extra for parking. There was no micro wave in the room, and the coffee tasted really bad.
