Room was large and nice. We had no free WIFI. Breakfast buffet was good but expensive. Also l find that as Canadians we pay a lot at all places there while the Americans pay far less. I know that yes there is a difference in our money but they should be made to change there money into ours that way it looks like they are paying the same. Other then that we had a great time.

Everyone was friendly. The lady that serves the food at the buffet breakfast was the best and went out of her way to make me feel welcomed .

They need to have the heat turned on before guests arrive. This time of year is cold and the heat wasn't turned on in the room so it was very cold. The floor didn't get warm until morning after having the heat on high all night.

I loved room 104. Close to elevators…and loved the view from the balcony. I was out of the room and in my car in about 2 minutes. In larger hotels, it takes you 20 minutes at least!

Water accumulated in tub while taking a shower (room 104)….poor drainage.

The staff was very friendly and responded to our requests immediately. 2 chairs in room was very handy.

I had to pay for parking. The website was confusing & I thought I was booking the other Travelodge. The room was dated. There wasn’t a Bible in the room.

Rooms are outdated and need some replacement, but it is clean. It's a bit of a hike to the main attractions of the falls.

The 3 bedroom suite is extremely large, room has a balcony with a nice view. The pool is very nice.

you have to go out the building to get into the upper floor room. My brother booked 1 room with balcony and I booked a room at the ground floor because it is cheaper. So basically need to go out of the building get into the reception and up into the first level.

Pool/gym is very dated. Lots of graffiti's in the sauna. Balcony could do with a sprucing up, nicer chairs for the balcony rather than bob standards garden furnitures.

Great location, good rooms with bathroom. Great staff. Easily stay here again.

Air conditioner broken, loud and controls not working - either blowing at full speed or off. Everything worned out and in need of renovation Paint peeling off Price paid doesn't match hotel level - extremely overpriced. Should have been a 3/4 less to match the experience.

There was no A/C Pool was so cold ppl couldn’t even go swimming in it There was no room service We asked for extra towels we never got them No microwave which was supposed to be in our room The rooms were like 100 degrees so hot ppl were opening their room doors just to cool off Furniture was soooooo out dated beds were not comfortable ended up with sore necks and backs Paid way to much for what we got Had to pay for parking but they had a parking lot….??? Total rip off could have stayed at a nicer hotel got more for our money Will never stay here again It was my birthday & I was so disappointed

We really liked our room. It was a big corner room with a river view. We could enjoy the Niagara Falls view as well. There is a swimming pool in the hotel with a sauna. We enjoyed swimming both in the afternoon when we arrived, and in the morning before we had some coffee in our room.
