We booked 2 rooms two months in advance and asked them close one to another. However, we were given the rooms on different floors. The air conditioner did not work properly: the control was broken and it was so noisy that we could not sleep with it working. So, it was hot in the room during the night. All furniture is old.

It was quiet and comfortable with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to the attractions but far enough that we couldn't hear them from our hotel.

Constant humming or bubbling notice that could be heard in the room and even louder in the hallway. Made sleeping difficult. Room does not have enough lighting , o e lamp not working, especially with the dark carpets and wall paper.

Property smells bad from entrance up to the room. Very old need to refurbish. Carpet smells so bad like vomit. We are on a non-smoking room but smells like smoke. Not worth it for the money I paid $450 for a night. Shower room does not work properly and too loud like as if someone is drilling once it is opened. Lastly, front desk from check in is not too friendly, no help offered for bags etc. He saw us struggling pushing the bags trolley but just no assistance offered or given. Although you are standard hotel since you are in this industry guest service must be number 1. Like bad service overall for check in front desk not happy at all. However, check out front desk was ok allowed to stay for late check out up to 12pm.

Very outdated, no fans in the bathrooms, the sink and bathtub drain is rusted, ac makes a loud noise and it’s not powerful enough, the wallpaper is peeling off at the seems, there is a tv inside of a cabinet meant for clothes.

Good location and very close to the Center that we just had to walk with my family . The room given by the front desk was ground floor and my family frowned and it took the intervention of the manager to sorted us out within a blink of an eye, that made my our stay sweet. Enjoy the indoor warm pool too.

just the variety of amenities. I didn't expect to have all amenities, but since room floor is all carpet and not sure if it's cleaned every time, I wish I could have slippers at least. Also the shower pressure isn't that strong also the shower head isn't clean enough so I hesitated to use it first a little.

having the bath tub with a jet was so nice to get relaxed after long time walking and many towels were available in room so nothing to worry about changing and drying them after bathing.

The hotel is quite dated and dirty. There are verandas however they do not clean up the spider webs or dead bugs. There appeared to be some sort of blood stain on one of the veranda walls and ours did not have chairs while the the others did. The washroom was quite old (peach tiles) and the facets were very old the bathroom was rusted, extremely small and stained in many areas along with rusting in many areas. The only thing updated was the bathroom floor. The beds had very old and uncomfortable pillows which need to be changed immediately absolutely gross and misshapen as they were so old. There are holes and stains all over the walls the room we were given was quite small. The representative that’s checked me and my family (party of 3) in advised there were only 2 floors which was a lie as I reserved my room on the third floor and could clearly see there was a third floor. I was celebrating my birthday and was very unimpressed by the whole experience. The people next to us were loud and obnoxious all night long we could hear everything as the walls are paper thin. Customer service is lacking as prior to arrival I sent a message with my requests and concerns and they hotel staff did not respond to the initial nor the follow up request. They did not ask how our stay was when checking out either. The place was run down and disgusting the only new items present were the towels, sheets and furniture. The fridge was loud, the room was small the washroom even smaller and the carpets throughout just old, stained and disgusting. We chose this hotel as the location, view and verandas along with some reviews made it appear ideal however it was anything but. I would not ever stay ever again.
