Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Hong KongAlthough a Free breakfast was included with the booking, the Free Breakfast semi-buffet was a bit lacking, in-terms of food options. There was only a minimal selection of Toast, Bread, and other baked goods. And the same 2 kind of fruits each day. If you wanted Eggs, Sausage, Bacon or anything else you had to pay $8 for an "Breakfast Upgrade".
The facilities and room was clean and exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping/cleaning services would come by everyday to clean the rooms. And finally the Free Breakfast. The staff were also Nice and welcoming, however some staff were a bit rude. Other then that, I quite enjoyed my 10 nights stay.

CanadaThe bathroom could use an upgrade - toilets should be replaced with new, taller ones to make it easier for seniors. The lighting could be upgraded as well - could use a ceiling light rather than just the light behind the mirror - would be easier to see especially when getting ready for the days events. Besides these small fixes, the bathroom itself was very clean and shower head was especially nice.
The staff were lovely and friendly. We were greeted kindly and we were able to acquire the room earlier than expected. We travelled from London for a funeral so it was nice to be able to check in earlier to relax a little. The room and washroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and very clean.

CanadaI am a patient of the Pain Clinic across the street from the hotel. I explained this to them when booking. I cannot drive or even walk for 24 hrs after treatment. I requested early check in when booking and they told me to check back the day of. I was told there would be no early check in available. I was for Ed to stay in my vehicle for 5 hours in the parking lot. This is unacceptable. There should be some arrangements kept open for circumstances like this. I was left in a very vulnerable situation.
There was a ceiling fan in my room and I enjoyed the option of having that instead of AC.

United StatesThe front desk staff were not at all friendly. I don’t think I got a smile until I left and asked for my invoice. They hadn’t added the food so I needed that for expenses. The man then sort of smiled. The restaurant staff were lovely. An additional C$8 was a bit much for some eggs and bacon.

CanadaCould have better security. No chain or deadbolt on the door. Breakfast is underwhelming. Most would prob want the $8 upgrade. Hard to locate in the dark.. entry is actually on Hooper St
Comfortable, clean, quiet, nice staff. Lovely jacuzzi room. Restaurant staff exceptional and very accommodating. Was hoping for a latte or cap, but it turned out they didn’t have an espresso machine anymore. Turned out they make really great drip coffee so I didn’t miss my usual espresso.

CanadaThe fan in the washroom, after you turned it off it would bang and clang for at least 20 to 30 minutes afterwards. They knew about this because the staff would leave the washroom fan on after cleaning the room.
Location was good, room was always kept clean and tidy by the staff, staff were friendly, water pressure in the shower was very good.

CanadaVery poorly designed bathroom with what looks like a regular rim baby toilet and toilet paper that is hard to reach, and a back-lit mirror that is next to useless.
The Manager was very personable and helped us into the hotel and to our room with our luggage. The restaurant was very good with great staff.
