Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI am extremely dissatisfied with my stay at your establishment. Not only was there a complete lack of breakfast options beyond a meager selection of bread, a small croissant, and Kellogg's cornflakes, but I also encountered bugs in the toilet. This is unacceptable and I expect to be compensated for the poor quality of service I received. I will not be returning to this establishment and I will be sharing my negative experience with others.

CanadaBed was smaller than expected. Temperature controls werent consistent. Staff didnt feel very welcoming and seemed rather snooty. Breakfast was disappointing. Dinner at the botticelli restaurant was overpriced. Overall not worth the amount of money i paid for the hotel for a night.
Jacuzzi suite was nice and made for a relaxing stay at the hotel.

CanadaThe attitude of the check in gal. Not a hello happy holidays only Give me your credit card and ID. No information about breakfast or anything like which doors work with my card, which is the best way to get to the room. No direction on where to sign on the paper. RUDE RUDE RUDE. They did not make the bed or tidy the room. They did not let us get a cup of coffee from the restaurant without a voucher which we did not know we had to have and that took up our breakfast voucher as well. This we learnt as you go.
The location for us was perfect.
