Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CanadaHaving to leave the chalet and go home🙂
What an awesome experience! The whole family enjoyed Omega Park and sleeping with the wolves was a once in a lifetime experience. The wolves were very active night and day. We were awakened at 11:30pm and 5:30am by the howling of the wolves. The chalet was just beautiful and spotless. It had had everything we needed. I would love to go back!

CanadaWe really loved our stay and were amazed by how well-run the park was. A herd of deer stayed outside our sleeping pod for our entire stay. The only thing that I could suggest is maybe a way for people who are staying on the property not to have to line out with day visitors to enter. Perhaps a fast pass fob or something?
We loved our stay at Parc Omega. Our pod had everything we needed and more. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our pod was very clean and comfortable. I would very much like to return someday.

CanadaI made the mistake by booking a Panoramic view, thinking it was the area with sleeping with the wolves. Could not see much from our sitting area. The Snow build up around the balcony blocked much of the view. Just the tree tops. The look out, not too far at all, to watch the wolves being fed was captivating. I will make sure to pay special attention to the wolves location next time.
We liked the fact we were so close to the platform where the wolves were being fed.

AustraliaWe absolutely loved our stay at Parc Omega. We stayed in the Village of Pods which was surrounded by Deers roaming. The parc entrance fee is included in the booking which is such an amazing experience. The pod was spotless & had everything we needed. Very well heated with comfy beds. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The town of Montebello is only a 5 minute drive away with cafes & bistros. I will definitely recommend to others & plan to return.

TurkeyWhen we checked into the hotel, the receptionist advised us to make a reservation for dog sledding. My 8-year-old son overheard this and became very excited, insisting that we go. The next day, we went to the dog sledding location. I asked about the duration of the sledding and was told it would take 20 minutes. However, I didn’t feel comfortable sending my son alone for that long, as I am against using animals for entertainment purposes. We were scheduled for 12:40 PM and were asked to arrive 10 minutes early in the freezing cold. The sledding itself started at 12:48 PM and ended at 12:53 PM—just 5 minutes in total. I felt this was a complete scam, especially since I paid $98 for the experience. The most troubling part, however, was the behavior of the person handling the dogs. As we were about to start, the sled guide was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He didn’t greet us or speak kindly, especially in front of my child. In a cold and harsh tone, he warned us that if anyone shouted at the dogs, they would be left in the woods (which was only 50 meters away) and would have to walk back on their own. I tried to lighten the mood by smiling and reassuring my son, but the guide continued to emphasize his warning in a threatening manner. After the sledding, he asked if we wanted to pet the dogs. My son, who was visibly scared by him, immediately said no. If the guide is so sensitive about his dogs, he shouldn’t be profiting from their physical labor. Additionally, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with customer service in North America. Often, before receiving any service, you’re met with hostility or threats from the very people who are supposed to assist you—despite the fact that you’re paying for their services. This seems to be a widespread problem wherever you go. Lastly, it was heartbreaking to see wolves kept in small enclosures, essentially turned into a zoo for the amusement of people staying in the nearby villas.
We stayed in a pod village, and it was an amazing experience. The village is located in an isolated area with just a few pods scattered around, giving it a peaceful and private atmosphere. One of the highlights was the deer group that would come close to the pods. We were able to feed them, which made the stay even more special and memorable.

United StatesThe restaurant should have more vegetarian and kids friendly options. We had booked our Christmas Eve dinner at the only restaurant on site. It was a set menu, though not stated on the site. My son and I barely ate anything but yet the bill was $$$. Since almost every table had children, I would suggest creating a more kid friendly menu if you plan to impose a fixed price and menu on a special night
The entrance to the park is included. We were able to enjoy Parc Omega before checking in and after checking out at no additional cost. And the Park alone is such an amazing experience, not just for the kids. We spents hourS driving and walking around. We stayed at the Chalet Panoramique, since the word wolf is not in the lodging name that means the wolves will not come up to your window. I wish I had known : ( The whole point of this trip was to "sleep with wolves" so I was disappointed when I realized I paid $$$ and not for what I was hoping for. I was so annoyed for "wasting my money". Well, I will rebook the same lodging in a heart beat. You see the wolves at the park for sure if you make it to the "feeding show" Our lodging was a whole apartment with 2 rooms, a living room, bathroom , and a big deck on the highest point of the park. Clean, specious, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, heated floors, robes, fireplace, deck with hot jucuzzi and forest view. On Chritmas Eve we enjoyed the jacuzzi, drank the wine we bought at the front desk while looking at a million of stars (my son had no idea the sky had so mant stars, as we live in Boston) and then rosted marshmellow On Christmas morning I made breakfast and then we saw a dozen of deers hanging near the chalet, so we went out and gave them carrots (we got them at the front desk)

CanadaIn our chalet there is a walkway directly across the wolf pens, where people can see directly into our room if the blinds are not put down completely, which of course then blocks views to the wolves.
Wolf chalet is nice and cozy, both twin beds are facing the wolf pens and meat will be thrown to attract the wolves to your window for viewing. Room is warm with interior fire place and they will provide fire wood and firestarters. Next day in the park all the animals are super friendly, carrots are 5 dollars a bag in the main building.

Canada- everything else? False advertisement on free wifi, 6-minute hot shower, overpriced on-site restaurant and condescending staff, weird policy of check-in has to done by one person per group and everyone else has to wait outside even when it’s -15 degree outside. I’m so puzzled by this place.
- deer! There are so many deer around our pod and they’re so cute and friendly - the room is cozy and warm
