As an adult, I would love if there could be "adult only" swim hours after 9pm. The hotel was attached to a public parking garage and we found drug paraphernalia in the hotel corridor between the guest rooms and parking garage. This really scared my 5 year old daughter. Fortunately, staff dealt with it immediately once alerted.

The heated pool was great, my kids loved it. My husband enjoyed the lobby coffee bar and water station. The location was very central and convenient.

The room was a bit stuffy, I wish booking.com would have showed the option of a balcony when booking because I would have chosen that.

The pool and courtyard was nice. The hotel was clean. The room was cosy. The staff were all super nice.

Parking in proximity to the front door of the hotel was limited, which made one think twice about venturing out by vehicle in the city,, in case there was not a space a in the lot to return to, which would necessitate parking near by , but off-site.

Location was very good for my purposes. Easy to gain access to by car. Walking distance from a good selection of restaurants, for which the hotel provided a list to chose from, which was helpful and appreciated.

Tea and coffee station disappeared mid day... And there was no option to buy a tea unless you went away from the hotel. Room wasn't stocked with towels, little soaps, or tea bags or sugar... Or an extra TOILET PAPER ROLL. The shower wouldn't DRAIN which was gross when you think of the last people who showered there. My key cards reset on day 2 and we were locked out of our room, and had to go back up to the front desk twice to reprogram our cards. Parking area didn't have enough security cameras. It's a BAD area of town, and only one camera. Vagrants everywhere. And punks waiting in the parking lot a few times. I traveled ALONE with my kids, and outside of the hotel I didn't feel safe. You need more cameras outside for sure... Maybe even security.

The pool was fantastic, the cleaning staff were 5 star WONDERFUL.... Like I've never met such lovely ladies. The room was great... comfy beds. Big tv. Sliding door to court yard. The gym was GREAT too. The pool is warm, the air around the pool was warm. It was clean. Relaxing. I will stay here and ONLY here for all future trips. Was better than the bigger name hotels in the area.

unfortunately Sudbury has a massive homeless and drug addiction issue, the area was completely littered with used drug paraphernalia, like needles, tourniquets, and garbage, it felt unsafe to go outside the hotel alone or walk to the closest restaurants. I know this is not the hotel’s fault, however ppl should be aware before traveling with young kids

Refreshment machine was empty on my floor, went to another floor and there was only 1 selection. Opened the in room coffee and there was an used coffee filter still in the machine ( not too big a deal though)

Central location, once there you do not need to leave as there are lots of good places to eat that will deliver. Cinema is located in the same complex if you would like to watch a newly released movie.

There aren't enough signs posted when you go in from the mall side. I was with my husband and 2 tiny kids and we got lost coming in at 9:30pm and again when we tried to find our truck at the end of our stay. We had to walk all the way around the building in order to find it

The restaurant is currently closed with very few restaurants close by. The mall is closed until 10:00 am therefore, I was unable to walk through the building and had to walk around the building in a snow storm.

The rooms are older but have been renovated. Clean and the beds are comfortable. The Hotel is well located if you need to be downtown with indoor parking which is especially handy in the winter.
