Temperature of room (cold); lack of amenities (only one glass in room, TV didn't work well; musty smell in room. We were placed in a different room that was warm but it still was musty smelling. The gentleman on duty got us some wine glasses from the bar. He was very pleasant.

The staff were very helpful and attentive.

I did not like the fact that the courtyard was filthy with garbage, the little sitting area outside our room was also filthy with garbage. We found a half of a pill in our room on the floor...so clearly not cleaned very well. The breakfast room was not open when they said it would be. Lot's of riff raff outside the hotel and the morning clerk was very rude.

The bed was comfortable and the gal that checked me in, Faith, was very nice.

The rooms are quite dated. The desk chair was broken, and the armrest cushion was half gone. The mattress was very hard, but that could be a personal preference, and new pillows are needed. The room was clean, but the bathroom floor definitely was not!

The staff was excellent and the free breakfast was quite delicious. Good quality TV and a good variety of channels.

check in gal not friendly. Gave minimal info - had to ask re parking, wifi password (as not legible), restaurant hours and location for free breakfast, etc.. Provided with room in basement floor. Dingy hall and room. Room not clean. filthy door inside, old blood on walls, doors, and bathroom. shower/bath unclean - noticeable when pulled the shower curtain back to shower in the morning. Gross - felt cleaner NOT showering. They have newer and cleaner renovated rooms on other floors. These were not offered even tho the hotel was clearly not full. Felt stereotyped because had teenaged children with me (well groomed and behaved). Didn't notice state of room as checked in and left right away to attend a function. Free breakfast was not in the restaurant as suggested, but continental breakfast for which there were minimal choices - made local (popular chain) coffee and donut shop look like a 5-star restaurant! I've stayed here several times previously. Based on this last experience, highly unlikely that I will do so again.

Beds were awful. Creaky, could feel the springs, and smaller than advertised. Bathtub was filthy. Lamps both didn’t work.

This was a disappointing stay. I expected more from a hotel with a 'Radisson' brand. It didn't feel like our hotel room had been properly prepared. When entering the room, the dresser drawers were pulled out. The cupboard door that hides the mini fridge was open and there were bits of paper on the floor. On one bed the comforter hadn't been properly put into the cover. The other bed was missing a mattress cover. I called in advance to say there were 3 people in the room. The person on the phone said, "no problem" and hung up before I could ask anything more. There were only 2 towel sets in our room. I went to the front desk and asked about the towels and mattress cover. I was told that housekeeping left at 5 pm. However, he did provide another large towel and another fitted sheet if I wanted to put that on the bed myself. I found the evening reception to be helpful but quite busy. Between the time I checked in and reached our room, I got a text message saying that our room would be 'serviced by housekeeping every 3rd day.' Now I think that is a very poor standard for a good hotel chain but I guess everyone wants to save money. We were only staying 2 nights, so no problem. It sets the expectation. But the next day we discovered there had been service with 2 new towel sets (not 3) and the beds made but no mattress cover. It was a confusing text message and I am unsure why it was sent. When checking out I had a couple of questions but didn't get much interaction from the person working reception. No asking "how was the visit?" or "is there anything else?" Overall the building is showing its age but the general state of cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Our room just didn't feel clean and that isn't a great feeling. I was disappointed and expected more from a Radisson.

first off. I had to pay a damage deposit, in which I have no trouble doing. I'm accountable. what i did not like, when I went back the guy at the front desk acted as if he was checking me in. then after I paid his exact words "yeah I'm not renting you a room" "I just made you pay your damage deposit" as I've mentioned earlier. I have no issues paying a damage costs. I don't appreciate being lied too. your employee could have and should have been straight forward about me needing to pay a damage deposit instead of leading me on as if I'm being checked in. only to be denied service afterwards. I am an honest person. if I owed money I would have paid no problem.

Looks like we stayed there when the hotel was full to capacity…getting in and out and finding a parking spot was almost near impossible. We parked in the covered parking lot beside the hotel. Our room was literally in the bowels of this hotel…in the basement/ bottom floor…it’s dated and needs work. Our room was an adjoining room where we heard everyone chatting away till 2 am…and they weren’t even loud. The door between the rooms must be made of cardboard. We went to breakfast and there was no room anywhere to sit. We thought we could just grab something and take it back up to the room but there was nothing to grab…cereal all over the table…zero eggs…zero pretty much everything…we were quite disappointed to say the least. If the kitchen knows the hotel is fully booked you would think that they would accommodate for that. Not a hotel that I would stay at again…
