How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location can be slow to reach because the Decarie Expressway is always clogged No hairdryer.

Coffee maker looks cute BUT difficult to use, not adequate. Prices soaring up since previous stay. On site restaurant unexpectedly in process of changes, less availability, less options.
Lovely decor. Very friendly multilingual staff.

The elevators were small and could use some additional improvements. The bathroom sink was clogged and we had to wait till morning to be fixed.
The room was spacious, and the bed was extra large and comfortable. The building appeared to be an old structure that had been renovated. While some areas still needed work, it exuded a Japanese vibe and was very relaxing.

for me i just notice the light...they dont have a big light for the room,, i mean the large one for whole room so you dont need to use lampshade to have a big lights....i hooe its clear....i hope theres a small table for us you to eat

Outdoor Pool during sunny times. Very relaxing and rejuvenating. Front desk staff very helpful. So close to many good restaurants. Walkability very high.

The area the hotel was situated in - close to a busy road. However that road went to the airport, which is what we needed.
Spacious, clean bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Luxury - we had a double bed each. Shutters at windows kept the light and sound out for a really good nights sleep. The choice of three good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff on Reception.

Hotel was at a great location- close to the metro, family friendly food places and a Walmart. The room was clean and housekeeping refreshed towels/trash and made the bed daily. Front staff was very kind and the pool was also great! Would definitely return

1st floor hallways seemed to need a vacuum, as noted small debris paper etc along walk to room. But we did arrive late at night, so perhaps just end of busy day or event.

Official checkin at 4. We were there after 5 & had a half hour wait to check in even though there was only one group of four checking in ahead of us when we got there. And there were no towels in our room, other than one small face cloth & no answer at the front desk (no number for housekeeping), so I had to ask one of the cleaners going through the rooms on my floor.
Good location. Good amenities. The room was clean & comfortable. Love the robes.

A restaurant would have been nice, but really everything close by. I didn't need the pool, if you do, check that it is open and whether there will be food available at pool.
Room was very clean, comfortable and good size. Hotel was very clean, free parking which is a perk. Bed was a "10" Not a fancy hotel but I rate excellent. Pool was out of order No food available in hotel but step outside and everything walking distance though very trafficy. Location very central and freeway right there , close to airport, about 30 min. No cash at fron desk, ATM in lobby.. Very reasonably priced, I would go back. Lots of other hotels adjacent but value here is very good and don't forget, FREE PARKING.
