Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Coffee maker...no instructions & when we finally got it to work, after having water all over the counter, it is espresso not a Coffee maker.
We chose because of location. Bed was comfortable.

Francewe agree with many comments in the forum stating that the rooms are outlived and could do with restoration. there is no breakfast because "the restaurent not belong to the hotel". this is a tactic often used when trying to sell services that customers expect included or at a special price. nothing would prevent the hotel negotiate a win-win arrangement for their customers. we have had biscuits and snacks orderly arranged (packed away) in the room and those were thrown away by the room service. we reported this to the reception who wouldn't care at all.

CanadaThe restaurant and the hotel do not have a deal so there is no room service. For the price it is understandable but frustrating. I would have been willing to pay a $5 delivery fee to the restaurant to have room service rather than going down, ordering, waiting, and bringing it back to my room in to go containers including the wine in a cardboard cup.
I had a signature room. The bedding was of very high quality from sheets to pillows, comforter and mattress. The room and bathroom was fully updated and provided all needed amenities. There is lots of free parking. The pool is very well maintained and private.

Hong KongThe place you book and pay for but you will not get what you suppose to have. We booked 2 suits and 1 double room at the same time. During the check in, no one told the room type is different until we get into the room. They give us another double room and replaced 1 suit room WITHOUT REASON ! So, where you want my kids to sleep on ??? To the floor ??? That’s Unacceptable! They just bring a fold up bed at the end but not going to change the correct room for us. It’s not ended ! When check out, they promise to correct the bill when charging but they break the promise !!

United KingdomThe bathroom was dirty on arrival and was not cleaned the following day even though I explained I was disappointed with the cleanliness. The fabrics on chairs were so stained I did not wish to sit on them. I had to clean the kettle before I used it. A blind, a lamp and a coffee table were broken and not repaired / replaced. The room was expensive even before the taxes I was not expecting were applied so even was with a 10% discount, I paid more than I expected to for a room which was dirty with broken furnishings.

EgyptStay away it’s not safe at all , our vehicle stolen from the hotel parking lot, not only us there were many victims from the hotel guests; actually another vehicle in the same day!! (Very suspicious)!!!
