Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaWe arrived at 2 am and only had a short time to rest. they put us in a back room that stunk of smoke a loud fan roaring out front of our door because the carpet was wet in the hall and the room. At 5 am a train went by not 15 yards away.

Canadafrom the moment I got there it was nothing but trouble. the room was payed for before I arrived, and the hotel wanted a huge pre auth on the rooms. when we finally got into our rooms, there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke. there wasn’t enough towels in the room for our two night stay.

CanadaHotel Wifi was very flaky especially for our smart phones, although Denny’s worked well. Room was very tiny. No breakfast was included although there is a Denny’s connected to the hotel.
Location was excellent as we were going to events downtown. Shower was good. Staff were very helpful with the wifi issue.

Canada10 meters away train tracks and trains every other hour all night. Air conditioning unit was silly loud and misfired every few minutes, so loud it woke everyone up if the train didn’t. Room layout was terrible with a cramped washroom and tiny double beds.
