Woman at check out surly and clearly rolled directly out of bed to attend to multiple guests checking out at 9am. The price is insane for what you get, but clearly the market supports the rate

Poor wasn't clean so didn't use it. Looks as if many rooms are long term rentals for those less fortunate. People hanging out in stairways etc

Needs a bit of tender loving care. Would be nice to have a matching full set of cutlery and crockery including glasses and wine glasses.

It was budget and clean. It had air conditioning and a non skid mat in the bath for the shower.

Bathroom needs to be painted. Bathtub was clean but surface needs resurfacing.

Staff were attentive. Bed was comfortable. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker were clean. TV was working. Table with two chairs. Closet with hangers. Pet friendly.

They should mention they house full time residents in transition. Not just a hotel. Hot tub was not running, a wet cloth on the walls would go a long way. Day of checkout, they were not open at 9am as sign says, and expected us to wait until 10 30am for checkout and to get our deposit back. Completely unacceptable but thankfully he had is wife do it. Just had to wait half hour.

Rooms smelt alittle funky @ entry & A/C units should b replaced, gettin alittle used & outdated especially considering location & how warm the summers are.

Friendly staff, couple small issues with tv remote & coffee maker that the maintenance man fixed right away. Great location & good value.

They closed the pool literally minutes after we asked if it was open. They said yes it's open, we checked in and they closed the pool. Bird poop all over the chairs outside our room...right beside the housekeeping supply room! Black mold in the corner behind the bathroom door.

Rooms were not clean, seemed as though it was more for live in tenants then a hotel.

Great location downtown. 5 min walk to nice restaurants and shopping.

Bathroom window didn't lock; outer ledge had really dirty stuff on it. Fridge was dirty. Sink plug had no cover. Tub tap was very tough to turn. new owners admit they are working to address issues.

I liked being able to pull up to the door to unload my car, and I chose this motel as it was close to my sister who lived in a seniors manor nearby.

Pool area could have been cleaner. In the room there was no plug in the sink and no rod for the toilet paper to be in the dispenser, instead the paper had to just sit on edge of sink or bathtub.

The place needs a thorough cleaning in the stairs, the walkways, the railings, the rooms, pool area, barbecues Etc.

The new owners making a great effort to turn around 3 years of neglect.

Room was dirty when we checked in with hairs and other things on the floor. The room overall is very weathered and out dated. It was really unfortunate that during a heatwave the cleaners didn’t notice all the rooms heaters were on so we checked in late to a really hot room.
