Location was perfect for us. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, lunch and dinner, grocery shopping etc… Enjoyed walking around Vancouver, felt safe, we didn’t need a car. Our apartment was very clean and pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of preparing meals. The receptionists were friendly, helpful and pleasant. During the 11 days of my stay, I was always greeted politely and with a smile 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. A special thank you to Siobhan, because her warm and friendly attitude made us feel truly welcome. We will definitely be coming back!

The location was excellent. I had an issue with the room I booked, but the staff resolved it quickly and smoothly. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but overall, it was worth the price.

Changing of the Towels, We left our towels in a bag outside the room in the morning as instructed but they were still there when we returned late in the day

The location was ideal for us as we were visiting family that lives only 3 streets from our accommodation. We could walk to shops for all our needs, getting to Sunset Beach Park, public transport and anywhere downtown was a breeze.

The location was walking distance to the ferry to Granville Island, Stanley Park and downtown but did require choosing your path wisely to avoid some sketchy areas. The general area of the hotel is mostly fine and definitely on the improve

Great location, easy access using code, friendly staff, comfortable apartment with a basic kitchen but plenty of room to stretch out and nice views over the city, bedroom seemed tight with only 1 bedside stand but plenty of cupboard space, comfy bed, loved that you could access storage after 11am check-out - saved us lugging our bags around Vancouver.

The app was a total pain. It is *still* asking me to verify my identity before check in, even though I did it twice and have already checked out.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and offered lots of scope for eating in or out as there were many nearby restaurants. Staff were friendly and warm.

While the location is good for hunting food, the noise at night was a significant problem, making it difficult to sleep. This was especially true in our room (1104), as our balcony directly overlooked the nightclub.

The key code access to the lobby, garage, and our room was very convenient. Our room was quite comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen amenities, which was perfect for our family trip. The garage is convenient even though it is not that easy to get in.

Online pre-Check-in seemed over-secure for guest. Front desk often unwo/manned BUT lockers accessable till 8pm on final day when must vacate room by 11am = freedom to tour.

Room 1050 (tenth floor, room 5) great size & layout for parents + 2 yr old. Big window in living dining kitchen room. Large oval bath.

It was super easy to find and check into The Sonder and was only a $30 Uber ride from the airport. It was in an excellent location, near to coffee shops, restaurants and buses. It was huge with an excellent little kitchen/dining area which was really handy. Would 100% recommend.

A very nice way to stay with the family (4 pers) and perfekt location close to down town and the beach/parks. Very easy to access with the code for everything (no keys). Wonderful staff (in place) and quick responds on any questions through the app.

The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the bathtub. The jets looked dirty.

I loved this place. The location was perfect. Close to everything but not in a noisy area. We walked down the hill to take a boat to Granville Island, it was so close . Really fun. The pull out couch was so comfortable. I was shocked how comfortable it was. There were three of us and they had three chairs. Attention to detail. Everything inside the unit and the lobby was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Oh and the view was stunning. It was Christmas and we could see all the balconies, buildings and cranes decorated.

The size of the room was bigger than our thoughts. The kitchenette was well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, and different sizes of pans and pots, so we can cook on our own. Staff were friendly. One thing we appreciate the most was the way they provide service without disturbing us. I request for toilet paper via text, then a bag was hanging on the locker outside the door after 10 minutes. Overall, the room was cozy, quiet, clean, nice designed.
