Rooms are in need to refurbishment, very dated and damage to the bath, just didn’t feel clean. The breakfast room was too small, not a nice place to have food

All the properties really nice very close to the Niagara Falls. The parking area really great except the breakfast is very ordinary and very low quality and the stuff working in the breakfast is really unhelpful and unfriendly. Rest everybody in the room Service or the front desk people are really nice.

Unfortunately we found a bug in our bed, we were offered a new room which was good. The hot tub had hairs in it when we tried to use it. The AC in our first room leaked. The floors in the first room were clearly dirty.

The staff were super friendly and willing to always help. The location was at max a 15 minute walk from the furthest attractions and just around the corner from Clifton Hill. Rooms were a good size for two people.

Bed was creaky and springs made noise whenever one of us rolled over or got up, that actually woke me up several times. Bath towels were like paper towels, dried my body and they were soaked.

Cheap, very close walking distance to the Falls. Breakfast not fancy but was ok for us. Room was quite big and had balcony which we didn't use but was there if you wanted to sit outside

Very clean room with a big, comfortable bed and a balcony, we arrived at 11 a.m. and got the room earlier. Good distance to the attractions and restaurants for a 5 minute walk but without any noise at night. Very friendly staff.

The room was dark and had only two small lights so it was very difficult even to unpack and the pack the luggages. I was also beaten by something during the night all over my body...

The location is great, indoor swimming pool was nice, also the recepcionists were really very helpfull, with earlier check in, orientation, parking etc

The breakfast room is way too small, which meant long line-ups at breakfast time, and not enough seating.

The location is perfect. Pretty well everything is within easy walking distance. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Area was a little iffy and the person serving breakfast was not very hospitable. Not a friendly neighborhood and night time can be very scary. Also the building could use a good remodel, you can see it's degrading at certain parts of the building and rooms.

nice big room with a comfy bed and hot water, some staff was great and the early morning breakfast was nice. this place is more for solo travelers and courageous couples. Only a few blocks from main entertainment district.

There is nothing in particular thet we didn't like.

Loved the location, very close to Clifton Hill and we could walk to the Falls from there. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Close to many restaurants as well. We really liked the included breakfast.

The room was quite run down and dark, there was a damp/musty smell present in the room every time we came back. The toilet was quite dark and the taps were lose. The bathroom extractor fan was very noisy and there was no option to not have the fan turn on with the light. The room air con was very noisy and the condensation was running across the balcony creating a patch of mould. The breakfast room was quite cramped and if everyone came at once there wouldn't be space. All breakfast consumables were plastic and all go in the trash, no recycling

Location was excellent, easy walking distance to the falls. The car park was meant to be $10 per day but they waived the charge. Good selection for the breakfast which was included. Having a balcony was nice.

The reception and the staffs are courteous, warm hearted, very helpful, very supportive and human. The room is very clean and comfortable. Tha location is 15 mins walk from Niagara City Cruise and 2 to 3 mins from the hub of restaurants. Its a 3 mins walk to Clifton hill attractions and specifically 5 mins from the skywheel. Its 10mins drive from GoTransit Niagara. Breakfast was complimentary and exhaustive. Its a value for money.
