Location was great for my work cause training facility was right down the street but nothing else around breakfast was the same thing everyday the usual plus sausages and scrambled eggs gets old after 10 days

Busy hotel issues with poor towels running out and water to drink running out. No hard boiled eggs in breakfast and not much for gluten free people in breakfast options Great location great staff clean facility would recommend and come back

Clean, comfortable and plenty of parking. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff recommended a local pub for dinner, which was very good.

Staff was very nice. Kids enjoyed the pool and slide. The carpets in the rooms really need to be updated and there was a lot of mold in the gym and updates that need to be done in the hotel.

It is dated and needs a good reno soon to spruce up the carpets and paint. The pool also could use a good cleaning but over all for the price it was great.

The air on in the room was not that efficient.

The property was easily located and offered free parking. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The hot tub was not working, It would also have been good to have some additional chairs available to sit on, whilst supervising the kids. The three that were there, were already in use when we arrived.

The water slide was a hit with the kids!

Breakfast buffet they kept the scrambled eggs and sausages in the same tray. Some ppl don’t eat meat but do eat eggs. It should be kept separate.

We stay here often because it has big parking lot for a truck and trailer. It’s a better price than staying closer to Vancouver.

Breakfast was so dry! Shower was not draining in time , if other person needed to take shower he or she must have stand in the pool of water :(

Breakfast is only available until 9:00 AM. The rooms are dated and the carpet looks dirty. It's also pretty dark on the side of the room with no window. It could use better lighting. The hotel knew we booked for 2 adults, 2 children, but yet the sofa was not made into a bed and there wasn't even extra bedding, so we just ended up all sleeping in the same bed together. Also the heat / AC is pretty bad and loud. The bedroom heated up to 25 degrees with no heat on (This was in February!). When turning the AC on, the bedroom got really cold, but it never made it all the way to the livingroom area. But the one thing that really bothered us the most was that smell of men's cologne that was in more than one room. We suspect one of the cleaners wearing it. We could not get it out of the room.

The location of the hotel is nice. It's very close to the Zoo and you can walk to multiple fast food restaurants, like Subway, Tim's, McDonalds. The room was pretty big, big enough for a family of 4. I liked the complimentary toiletries. The bed is comfortable.

When I booked I thought it was located at Langley, as name suggests, but it is quite a distance away by car. Should be renamed Comfort Inn TransCanada. King bed suite with sofa bed, however the sofa bed is below standard for comfort, so second person doesn’t get the same comfort as the first person eg mother and adult son combo.

One of the beds felt broken and was not comfortable. We couldn't enjoy the pool there was unsupervised kids screaming really loud in the pool and it was bothering my kids too much. I told the front staff and nobody did anything about it. Kinda just laughed at us.
