Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel was a unique place to stay with lots of quirky features to make it memorable. Good location about 10 mins to the main street. Enjoyed the meal in the pub.

Absolutely amazing room and facilities. Loved the soaking tub, fluffy robe, fireplace and tea set with tea cookies. Such a relaxing place to stay after a long day of travel and hiking. The view outside the window was beautiful and the staff were so accommodating. Definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Phenomenal, rustic decor. Felt like an English cottage. Zero complaints, which is rare. Excellent food in the restaurant. Very comfortable bed on a beautiful hardwood bedframe with massive headboard. Nice old style soaker tub with carved metal feet. Lemon shortbread cookies with tea with real bone china in the room. Staff was extremely friendly and courtesy. Really smooth professional experience. Would definitely return without hesitation.

Everything was great. I wish the room had a microwave, but they didn't advertise one. Everything they did advertise was spot on.

The furnishings throughout the Inn are lovely. Our room was spacious and decorated well. Although it's on a main street, our room was very quiet. The location is great, you can easily walk to Canmore for dinner.

Room was a little small and had a few minor issues, but nothing bad (sitting "area" small, toilet seat loose. Refrigerator turned all the way up, lights switching for seating doesn't turn on unless you press hard, etc). They had winter time bedding on it, but I removed both heavy covers and asked for and received a normal blanket that did the trick.

Restaurant serves great food. It's also walking distance to a bakery, bagel shop, and multiple other restaurants. It was quiet for me and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful

Front desk staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable about the area attractions. We asked about the shuttle for Moraine/Louise which we purchased in advance. We wanted to make sure we went to the right place. It ended up being very easy (and obvious) but the person at the front couldn't provide much help. She did try and was very kind.

Great bed and bathroom. Loved the hand-written welcome card and that there were cookies, though I don't think I ever got around to eating them.

My partner and I were staying there after a wedding, so it wasn't a long stay, but it was great! The bed was very comfortable, I slept great! Everything was clean and the decor was lovely! Considering how old the place is, I was surprised that I didn't hear any noise from neighbouring rooms. Overall, it was a really nice place.

It really wasn’t under the Inn’s control, but no one mentioned the road construction literally at the Inn’s front door. There was heavy machinery, gravel, dirt and we had to wind our way thru a hospital parking lot to get to the Inn.

Having the restaurant downstairs was very convenient. The tea service in the room was exceptional. The Pub downstairs gave us fresh milk and ice upon request.

The room was spacious, had a fridge, decent shower and most importantly decent Air Con. The restaurant was absolutely fine, shame it didn't have air con but that's minor as the service and the food, drink were good quality and value for money.

We felt that the construction in the front made the space less accessible, but that was to no fault of the property.

We loved the kind and friendly staff, movie information on the walls, and decorations. The elevator was awesome, and we liked the way the front desk had a different type of drink available each day.

perfect - no complaints

The room looked like an English cottage -- beautiful furnishings - had a tea set with lemon cookies on a cute table between 2 nice chairs. Had both a coffee pot and electric tea kettle. It was a beautiful hotel. We had a first floor room just behind the check in desk with a door for privacy - like our own apartment. Very nice and good location for walking.
