Guest service Excellente!! Lady in the front help me to microwave our food, thank you very much. Room was comfortable and very clean. Facilities are very clean and organized l. Me and the wife enjoying the jacuzzi while viewing the mountains.

We had upgraded to the Mountain View room and ended up switching back to the other side of the hotel… the Mountain View side is right on the highway and at least the room we were in was very loud

Our stay at The Juniper Hotel & Bistro was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking mountain views that surround the hotel. Waking up to such a stunning landscape was an experience in itself! One of the absolute highlights was the outdoor jacuzzi—soaking in warm, bubbling water while admiring the panoramic view of the mountains was pure magic. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The Bistro at The Juniper was another standout feature. The food was exceptional, and we were particularly impressed by their 5-course tasting menu for just $55 CAD (or $90 CAD with perfectly paired alcoholic beverages). Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—a true culinary delight!

The staff was exceptional!!! The hot tub and views were to diiiiiieeeee for 😍 the greatest experience ever. Carolina and Marou were just the absolute best we'll definitely be coming back !!!

Can’t think of anything. We enjoyed a wedding brunch in your private dining area and the food and service were excellent.

The chalet is beautiful, clean and spacious. They have a full kitchen with plates and cutlery. Staffs are friendly and accommodating.

The staff was amazing, the ladies at reception and the drivers were all really kind and helpful. Being able to request a shuttle from and to downtown was pretty convenient. The place was beautiful as well

Nothing, it was perfect

This is a perfectly situated hotel just on the outskirts of Banff therefore calm and quiet with outstanding views of Rundle and other mountains for the rooms facing east. The staff couldn't be nicer and the decor is a perfect blend between minimalism and a museum-like quality with their installations about the history of the area. There is a highly rated restaurant on premises which we will try on our next visit. I think we have found our perfect getaway from Calgary

Missed a real opportunity not staying open after 1030pm on NYE. No shuttles into Banff either after 6pm.

No shuttle service into/back from banff after 6 pm, meant driving was unavoidable when going out for meal. Bar closed at 10pm even on New Years - missed opportunity to make the night special for guests. The room we had on first night was not soundproof, and the couple next door, having a huge fight, wasn't ideal. We were moved, and the next room didn't seem as bad sound prrof wise?

Staff and facilitators were good. Others like our male server on New years were great. Great cocktails, we loved the hot brie dish. Other food in the restaurant was nice but pricey, which meant we only ate there once.

The hour shuttle service to downtown are not enough. Most of the tours starts earlier than 10 am and it could be better if it was possible to have the shuttle after 6 pm so we could have dinner at downtown. There is no other option to get there besides a taxi. If you could have a car the experience could be far more enjoyable.
