CanadaI usually pay with debit for my stays everytime that I come to the hotel, but this time the worker said I cannot. This was just an inconvenience especially as it was getting later at night.
I usually love coming to stay at the Valhalla but the check in staff was not friendly, welcoming, and made things more difficult.

Staff were super friendly, check-in/check-out were seamless. Ample parking. Room was very clean. Location was great, tucked a little off the main road so traffic sounds were not an issue. Didn't try the pool, but the pool area looked very clean.

CanadaThere was no communication about the security fee that was charged to my credit card. Was told that it would be refunded after I inquired as to why the price of the room doubled. Bathroom size and layout was horrible. Could barely stand in the room with out knocking into something. There was no usable guide for the tv and no pen and paper in room. Coffee machine in room wouldn’t make anything hot. Some would say these are small inconveniences and they are but for the amount they charged for the room they had better step up their game. Won’t be renting from there again.

Abkhazia, GeorgiaOne of two elevators was broken, long waits. Lots of trucks parked overnight (backup alarms) at the back side of hotel we’re our room was located. Front desk employee was uninspiring, could use more « hi, how are you ». Lights a little dim in the lobby. Too many people smoking outside at the entrance. No breaks fast included in the price. Dog fee for our 10 lbs 😕.
Service at restaurant for dinner was very good. Real nice & pleasant housekeeper.
