How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Can't think of anything.
This is our second time staying at this hotel andagain liked most everything about the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, the room was in a good location, and we didn't have any issues.

We found some long black hairs in all beds in both of the rooms we booked, they were great about it though and got one room switched & offered to compensate us for this which was great service, thank you!
The staff at check in were super nice, the rooms were clean, tidy & exactly what you would expect for the price point. The breakfast was also great with plenty of room to sit!

The air conditioning could not be turned off.

The lobby was dark and not very welcoming, though the staff were great. The breakfast room had all throwaway utensils and plates/bowls. I know this is the case in many Chain hotels but times are changing and this should too.
The room was very nice with a full range of facilities. There was even an iron and ironing board. It was quiet and well lit. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good with a nice shower (no bath). The towels were large and fluffy. The breakfast was plentiful and adequate. The feee underground parking was useful. There was no restaurant but it was an easy walk to several. And it was close to a great little mall.

Air con couldn’t be switched off and was noisy all night so needed ear plugs. Breakfast very basic, choices limited.

Cut off time of 0930 for breakfast is a little early especially when the TV shuts off and staff start breakfast shutdown then.
good size room, comfortable bed, good shower with good water pressure, clean. Easy access to Aberdeen Mall and Hwy #1.

The breakfast area was quite small, although we managed to find space.
We chose this property to break the journey between Whistler and Jasper and it fitted the bill quite well. Breakfast itself was satisfactory.

We go a room with clogged toilet They gave a me plunger to try, I realy tried, but it dosn't help too much. They offer to send someone to check and fix but this will take time. I asked to replace the room and the only available room was a Suite. This is not exactly a Suite and the maintenance was very low. Overall not sure I will visit again.
They upgrade us, but not from good reason.

Little bit out of town but was fine for us for an overnight stay
Good location for a night stop over between Whistler and Jasper. Pool was a great addition and the free breakfast was a lovely surprise. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Great pub up the road too!

The beds were the most comfortable of all the hotels in Canada this visit! Staff were very helpful. Location is a little bit out of the way but having a car helped. Breakfast was really good each day. Not a big choice, but gave you a good start to the day.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room could have used a little better detailing. Looking at baseboards and corners, some dirt could be noticed. Nothing major but could use a little work.

Limited parking. Limited breakfast options.
Gym and breakfast included. Very good value for the money. Staff was nice. Not close to downtown, but many options nearby if in need of food or pharmacies!
