Heating didn‘t work, no hair dryer, only one towel per person and I guess parking would be a problem, if more than 2 parties are staying there at the same time.

Beautiful views of Vancouver. It’s a big house on top of a hill, so you will need a car/Uber to get anywhere. Our room was small with a nice bathroom.

Nothing really! Was great! We didn't use the kitchen for drinks or food, so didnt bother us on facilities in there.

Fabulous view! HUGE bedroom! 2 Massive ensuits and dressing rooms off the main bedroom! Amazing! Jacuzzi bath was great!

For the price, just a room and bathroom, nothing else, so only fair value. Could not figure out how to lock our bedroom area during the day (while still being able to access it ourselves as it was not a regular key lock, so brought our belongings with us for the day before returning that evening. We pack light so not a huge issue, but could be a bigger issue for others.

There is nothing in the kitchen to cook with. No pot, no spoon, no knife - just nothing. It was written in Booking that they hive bkfst, but they didn't. The room has no key and it is a room in an apartment do we didn't feel safe. There was not even hot water to make some coffee

Instructions were not the most accurate, common areas were pretty much abandoned and there isn’t enough parking for the amount of rooms rented at the same time.

AC in our room didn't work. You couldn't lock your bedroom door if you left. No TV anyplace in house. House a little dated.

super loud, people arguing, people vacuuming like ten separate occasions between 1 am and currently after 220 am, at 220 am people walking around whistling, smashing around all hours of night, blood on bed’s pillow pool looked dirty

the kitchen cupboards were empty of crockery utensils and equipment I had to ask Jimmy for glasses and he came to help Turned out everything was in the dishwasher! we had to empty it. there are lots of cupboards containing various items of cleaning stuff and food. the kitchen cupboards really need organising to be more presentable and welcoming when you arrive The fridge needs a good clean too. the information said there would be breakfast items but all I could find were eggs. I had asked for gluten free bread which you confirmed but this wasn’t provided either The swimming pool is unusable

I don't have access to email or internet and my phone had died. Upon arrival there was no way to access the room. The information had only been sent that day so I was out of luck and a bed that night. Tried calling the host but he didn't return my call. Next time I advise the information be revealed at the time of booking so that access can be had. Would have loved to stay there but had no way of entering.

~ Parking is limited. Upon arrival another guest parked in the middle of the few spots available in the driveway & the spot at the curb is Very steep & difficult to get into. Day 2 - the other guest's car was moved & we could park conveniently. ~ Freezer is separate appliance from frig - frig works, freezer did NOT - at all.

House is amazing with spectacular views from near the very top of Signal Hill looking over the whole of Vancouver! Our room was spacious & comfortable. Coffee & coffeemaker available. Incredibly quiet!

No staff on site, badly stained rug, hard bed, no glasses, no amenities, nice balcony but no furniture, no chairs, no lamps, broken bathroom fixtures, NO internet (says that there was but would not work)

Not sure what all the bad reviews are for. This place is epic. Massive house with big rooms and bathroom. Was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and the sheets very soft. It was easy to find and the view was outstanding!

There was a moth in the room, the curtains were not dark enough to block out sunlight at 5am in the morning, walls were very thin and we could hear others in the other room talking. Another guest’s shoes were also stolen at the end of our trip.
