“Soraya, at reception, is a tremendous asset to the hotel. We were given a lovely suite but the bedroom and bath were on the upper level. My traveling companion has a problem with stairs so it would have been difficult for her. Soraya worked with us and found us a suite that was all on one level. It made our stay truly enjoyable. Everyone that we spoke with at reception were extremely nice.”
