We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is super convenient, its less then 10 minutes walk from Central Station. The room is pretty clean. The only thing - you should not open windows as it's too loud because of trains. Be ready to sleep with no oxygen. If you are ok with the AC - then you won't have an issue. Sauna has a great view and works till midnight. Pretty rear thing.

New ZealandNice size rooms when you are travelling for a while, which was our main reason to choose this hotel and also for its vacinity to the train station. This was a lovely stay en route to the mountains to ski. (It was a little bit of a walk from the train station in rain if you are bringing a large 27kg ski bag, but totally doable being a flat walk!!) There are places to relax in downstairs and the hotel is pretty funky and fun to stay in. It was only one night so we got to explore Zurich easily from here.

Quirky design hotel. Very big, comfortable beds. Great location near station. Excellent sound proofing - no noise from trains or adjacent rooms. Good food in restaurant and bar. Rooms reasonably priced for Zurich.

Germanymy room on the first floor was cold, heating didnt work. in the sauna there were 2 guys came with their beer bottles, so i couldnt benefit from the sauna which was my main purpose of staying at your hotel.

Comfortable bed and comforter really provides comfort. Shower floor is not slippery and cold like other hotels in Europe. Room is really great size for Europe standards. Best hotel we have stayed during this European vacation. Love the artsy design of the room - industrial yet welcoming feel. Mini bar contents are free and water dispenser at the lobby.

United Kingdom- No child friendly food options in the restaurant lunch/dinner menu (it's a healthy food with a twist, which I liked but my kids were not keen on either sweet potato or spicy sauce added in the burger). - We were there for 3 days and a day before NYE our window (7th floor) was covered by a huge advert with a Happy New Year greeting. It covered our view out of the window so we couldn't see either fireworks or morning sunshine. There were nice cushions by the window where one can sit and observe the view - I had enjoyed that for 2 days. - Only one lift was functioning - this created problems especially since there was a 3 day festival of Heal Love Play in the hotel - it was busy. Getting up or down to the 7th floor took at least 10 min every time.
- Dogs are welcomed with a big bed and bowl, they were allowed everywhere in the hotel so not confined to the room. - Grab and go breakfast is excellent value although not all restaurant staff knew about this option (for CHF 9 pp) - Nice view from the sauna on the rail tracks/city (ask for spa bag in the reception which included robe, slippers and towel). - Cool design throughout the hotel including a functioning polaroid camera in the room (the photos were terrible quality though ) and blackout curtains (had the best sleep for a long time) - The location is walking distance to the main train station, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby
