Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeFirst, the floor is concrete and is very cold in January but somehow the hotel ran out of stock for room slippers. This indicates poor supply chain management. Second, we arrived at the hotel pretty late in the evening. The receptionist gave us a different suite (no balcony & no dining table as advertised) upon check-in because THE HOTEL WAS FULLY BOOKED. I'm not sure if this is ethical or even legal. We even found a welcome card on the bed addressed to "Mohammed" which is obviously not my name. The next morning, we asked to speak to the hotel manager. Any competent manager who's managing the hotel would have immediately attend to their guests, but God did he make us wait. He hide behind the reception in the office room refusing to come out, the receptionist went back into the office and came out and told us to have breakfast first and the manager will speak to us later. After breakfast, we went back to the reception, he made us wait again. When he finally came out, we realized the manager is a really young chap, we showed him the welcomed card addressed to another guest. He said it was because another guest did not show up the day before and the housekeeping forgot to remove them. I'm pretty sure HE LIED about this because the hotel was full the night before, and from my own observation of the housekeeping team, they're so detailed and diligent (they even cleaned our room when we didn't put the housekeeping sign up - which we were told was what's required for this specific hotel), I highly doubt that they would have missed the card. Anyway, after probably realizing it was their fault, the hotel manager Chris shared he understands our frustration and promised to see what he can do, and eventually gave us our actual booked room at around 12 noon.
The vibe of the hotel especially at the lobby and the bar area, dinner menu, free mini bar, location, housekeeping team were excellent, the co-working area and pacman arcade machine on level 1 (we had so much fun there). This is our second time staying at 25 hours chain, the first was also a great one in Florence. The only problem with this hotel however, is the people running its management, incompetence at the top.

United StatesThere were people partying in the bar patio until 6am both nights we were there. It was incredibly loud. Breakfast was ok - not worth the price.

United StatesWC is separate from the sink which is separate from the shower. This is common at 25H, so we expected it. Requested bike rental or the MINI Cooper Test Drive again -- this has never been acknowledged or ever mentioned at check-in during a single stay, Langstrasse was no exception. Convinced these programs are for marketing only and don't actually exist. We paid extra for the breakfast buffet, which was good quality, but absolutely overpriced for level of service (other patrons seemed to be offered free extras, like mimosas and a la carte menu items from the kitchen). Not enough staff working the restaurant. You'd really be paying for convenience as not a lot of places are open early in Zürich.
Loved our corner room overlooking the train tracks! Have stayed in other 25Hours "Medium" rooms before and having two extra windows was a real luxury and made the 194 sq ft feel much more spacious. I imagine the non-corner rooms would feel much more cramped.

Switzerlandit’s not my first time here and I was disappointed… The terrasse of the sauna area upstairs was occupied by people smocking and drinking… plus some people weee walking with their shoes on the shower area which is really not ok… we then decided to call the reception and they just told us « thanks for the feedback » not very nice. Room: the air in the room is very dry and it’s was too warm, they don’t have A/C and it’s impossible to open the window due to the on-going noise in the streets. anyway it’s my last time here. it’s a cool funky hotel but it’s beginning to really not be worth the money…
it’s very well located if you like the. if it life of zurich or want to be close to the station.

United KingdomVery close to the train bridge and tracks - this means the rooms facing the railway tracks can be noisy given the frequency of the train services. Hallway felt like a underlit student dorm. Forgot credit card (my mistake), however they refused to let me check in even though I've got my ID that proves my identity and that they were able to charge my card and were going to to deduct the first night of charge anyways. Very stupid system.

United KingdomI called room service to ask for a coffee to be brought up which was refused - had to go down to pick it up. I was in a rush so really didn't have time to go down to the counter to pick up a coffee in a mug. Also, there was a weird noise in my room which kept going off all night, and the windows didn't keep out the noise of the trains running so I didn't sleep very well. Also, was boiling in the middle of the night and couldn't turn down the temperature; even a fan would have been nice.
Room was big and loved the touches like complementary drink at the bar and rooftop gym. Appreciated the eco-friendly approach and the excellent menu.

IrelandThe staff in the restaurant scowled me for putting the menu on a different table. The room was quite uncomfortable with no normal place to put your clothes in. There was a disgusting insect coming out of the sink that was very unexpected.
The check -in and out process was very fast and efficient. The location is really great!
