We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Sri LankaRoom Size was a bit small as we opted to stay out of the city center we were expecting a larger room which wasn't the case.No coffee making facilities in the room which would have been useful in the cold climate.
Mercure Hotel is located outside the zurich city near the Altstetten Train station.it takes around 10mins to the Zurich Main central train station from here. Since Zurich city center hotels were pricier we opted for this hotel because many days we took day tours, many bus tours start from the main bus terminal which is adjoining the Main Zurich train station which was 10mins away.nearby supermarket was useful.

United KingdomOnly thing was that we have requested room cleaning service for our day 2 but this was not done. So it was quite disappointing to come back after a long day of citywalk only to find out that the room was left the same condition as when we left it in the morning.
Location was really convenient as its few minutes walk to nearest train station. Hotel was absolutely spotless with all we needed. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They all made us feel welcomed.

A LACK OF FRESH AIR IS OF HUGE CONCERN !!! I really did not sleep well due to this fact - I was also told that the air is recirculated -which makes me question if there are airfilters in place that are protecting us ?

United Arab EmiratesThe room is perfect for a solo traveler, but gets a bit stuffy for couples, as it's quite small. Not much storage space. Storage area and bathroom share the same door, same with the toilet and the shower. May not be to everyone's comfort.
Location was great, with very close proximity to the train station. Clean and functional rooms, nice big windows which lets through a lot of sunlight, comfortable beds, good in-room amenities, friendly staff.
