IsraelThere was no fridge in the room, and the window couldn’t be opened. Additionally, it wasn’t possible to control the air conditioning. While the room was generally comfortable, there were moments when it felt warm, and I couldn’t adjust the temperature as it was pre-set. Also, room cleaning is only provided if you request it at the front desk.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The design is modern and stylish, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a supermarket right below. The spa is excellent, with many saunas and a beautiful terrace. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a large window and full-sized toiletries like shampoo, body lotion, and shower gel. In the evening, the bar is open, offering a great place to relax with a drink. I would definitely stay here again!

SwitzerlandWe stayed for two nights in the hotel and we also had a late check in,I booked the hotel 2-3 week ahead of time ,room with a double be but we got to our room it was two single beds separated after complaining about it,the staff said that the hotel was full and they couldn’t give us another room but that they’re gonna take care of it and give another room the day after ,which didn’t happen,we ended up putting the two beds together,when we’ve asked for the bathrobes for the sauna they lady at reception said she’ll send someone to bring it to our room which also didn’t happen. A bit unprofessional for my liking. The room itself was clean ,but there was no fridge which I personally would’ve liked . Location was great.

Friendly staff from the check in staff to the cleaning staff, hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The Spa is fantastic. Close access to tram and train station for access to airport and city center. Good options for food and coffee within a 15 minute walk.

Location of the hotel is excellent as it is just ~250m away from Zürich Altstetten station, which is ~5min from Zürich HB (main station). Very good connectivity across all the major tourist attractions. Also, there are supermarkets & restaurants closer to the hotel, so very convenient.

Hong KongAir conditioning temperature and fan speed are non-adjustable. Feel like a bit warm after you have taken a hot shower, but a bit cool before dawn. With my bad luck, the shower temp was hot enough at night , but quite cool in one of the mornings (only like 20 degree celsius). Whole trip in switzerland was great until I met the front desk staff who lost his patience and was speaking lightning fast English with heavy Indian accent which I could barely comprehend.
