GermanyThe bed was very hard and the noise level were really high, it made watching a movie or sleeping impossible. But the staff responded fast and gave us a better room to fullfil our stay successful.
The room was warm and clean, the breakfast was nice and the staff was cooperative, fast and friendly. The price was fair.

NetherlandsThe pillows in the rooms are too low, I forgot to ask for a second one, I mentioned before we stayed there 2 times. The first time the room temperature was too high, but the reception fixed it quick. The second time, the breakfast was Ok, but the first day was great. I understand that hotel was busy and the employees tried to do their best because they were understaff to handle such big wave of people at the sime time, but even with those small things I do recommend this hotel.
We stayed at this hotel two times. The first time 22-23 Dec and the second time 2nd-3rd Jan. The first time everything was fine and the breakfast was really good. The hotel is beautiful, looks new and everything was good. The second time the room temperature was too high, but they left a fan ventilator and with that we had a good night. The second room was the sound isolation was very good compared to the first. In general, I do recommend this hotel.

The place is modern and very comfortable. I booked the studio type room which had a kitchenette, how wonderful. The toilet is like wise clean and there was also a table where I can work.

United KingdomThe bed mattress was extremely hard. The wifi and phone signal was very weak. No soap dispenser in the shower.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking outside the hotel and underground is free. There is a fully equipped kitchenette in the room, which was very useful. The Lidl is a ten min walk from the hotel, so you could buy food to make yourself. The hotel is in an industrial area, close to my clients and ideal to get to early in the morning. The hotel has numerous automats with lots of variety of packed foods you could microwave in the common dining area. This caters for all types of diets. You can also check in yourself, should you arrive late. You get given a code for your room door. The room also had outside shutters you could roll down for the night. The food in the restaurant was amazing, best tomato spaghetti dish I have ever had!

I liked how spacious the apartments are. Perfect for family travel. It was nice to be able to have a kitchen and cook and there was a Lidil grocery store 5 mins walking distance. Customer service was okay. We had no AC the first night which was a bummer.

United KingdomThere were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The breakfast selection was limited, especially in terms of hot food options. Additionally, I lost a pair of trousers and a shirt during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable. The family room was spacious and comfortable, meeting all our needs. The location of the hotel was convenient, and overall, we enjoyed our time there. With a few enhancements, it could be an even better experience for future guests.
