Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NorwayCheck-in was a little cumbersom at first. You actually don't check in to the facilities but via a reception further up the street. I don't consider that a major though. Just something to be prepared for.
The standard of the room was high and immaculate. With a large veranda facing the other building and parking. What we didn't know was that the hotel had its own beer and brewery. Not a downer that either!

AustraliaRoom small and bathroom tiny. Located on the opposite side of the river to the main part of town but this is reflected in the cost. We had a very good stay and these are just comments. If you can afford to stay over the river then do, otherwise this is a fantastic, comfortable option and I would stay again.
Lovely, helpful staff and we could have access to the room early which was fantastic. Easy walking distance from train station. Lovely view of the mountains. Constantly bed and good shower.

The room was perfectly cleaned and prepared, with a complimentary bottle of sparkling water and Nespresso coffee machine. Checking in was very easy. I bought breakfast on the day and it was very good, make sure to ask for a freshly cooked egg.

BrazilSo I loved the staff there, I felt very welcome. However, the hotel makes it clear when you arrive that you cannot have visitors in your room, and I paid for a hotel room to have freedom. It was the first time I rented a room at the hotel and they prohibited guests from having anyone over.

LithuaniaThe hotel has no reception, you have to go in another one for keys of the rooms. Paying for the hotel, person in the reception made a mistake and did extract more than was in invoice. After she made right amount, but the money from the wrong one did not came back to my account. When I called to the hotel to claim my money back, the person who answered the phone said it is not his job and he does not care about.
We did not ordered this hotel, it was instead another one cancelled by another property, which Booking did find for us. Hotel was good, clean and nice, from one side better than we ordered hotel, but from another - like many other hotels, just standard.
