Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesAs visitors using only public transportation, we appreciated the location of the hotel. A very short walk from the train station, Hotel Adler is in the heart of the old town, two doors away from the tourist information, and a one minute walk to the Rhine River. The owners were delightful, helpful, and attentive, wanting to ensure that we were happy with our stay, without being intrusive. The accommodations were perfect; the room was clean, comfortable, and a perfect size. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise! It was in a bright, spacious room, with a beautiful buffet including a variety of hot drinks and juices, bread and croissants, different types of fresh fruits, a variety of meats and cheeses, yogurt, cereal, and soft boiled eggs.

Extremely nice and kind hosts. The room and bathroom are very well and practically, equipped. Good breakfast. WI-fI works very well. Excellent location, in the middle of the old town. Even if the hotel does not have its own parking place, we parked on the street 50m from the entrance at a very reasonable price.

Traditional small hotel right in the center of Stein am Rhein; quiet; good breakfast; friendly staff. we appreciated oat milk alternative at breakfast. Enjoyed good dinner in the adjoining restaurant.

United States- The pillows for bed were awful, no firmness, seemed like a pillowcase stuffed with cotton. - The small fan in room was way too small to help cool the room at night (no AC) - No screens on window so you could open it at night; nothing to keep mosquitoes or othe bugs out if left open. - The bathroom had a small window with nothing to close off the sun coming into bathroom heating it up;stofling hot in bathroom.
