No complaints at all. The reception staff and restaurant staff were all very warm and welcoming and very thorough in answering all questions regarding the sites, getting around the city, current special events, or the menu. The housekeeper was so thorough, attentive to details, and considerate of my schedule. It was lovely to encounter staff who took pride in their work and who were so sincere in helping guests have a nice time.

The Adler Hotel is a historic building in the center of Old Town. The room was perfectly clean and the excellent mattress, crisp linens, and comforter made is possible to get a good sleep after an exhausting, long flight. There is an excellent restaurant on the property, “Swiss Chuchi,”and the kind staff helped me with a table when I did not have a reservation . (The restaurant fills fast each day because it is that good!) The breakfast offered a generous assortment of fruit, cereals, yoghurts, cheeses, meats, bread and rolls. The restaurant does use a coffee machine instead of a freshly brewed coffee which I would have preferred.

Location is fabulous for a stress-free preparation for flights back to North America. Last year we were able to walk to a concert at the Tonhalle. The river walk is close by. This was our third stay at Adler, and would stay again.

Friendly staff. Lovely accommodations. Put a dog bed and food and water bowls in the room for my dog. Restaurant was great…nice breakfast and great staff. Dinner fondue was delicious. Location close to everything!

Most helpful and pleasant staff. Minibus shuttle to airport very efficient, arranged by hotel. Comfortable beds, nice shower gel, body lotion, etc. Great to have kettle in room. The restaurant there is excellent and always busy so remember to book evening meals if you want to eat there! Good buffet breakfast with choice of cheeses, meat and pastries, Bircher muesli, fruit and yogurt, etc though the only hot items are eggs. (Don’t consider this a problem.)

The cleaning solution they use in the lobby and halls has a strong odor that we didn't like but, the room smelled fine so it was not a big deal at all.

The location of the hotel is amazing! Very walkable to a lot of the main areas and all throughout old town. Also easy to hop on public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is simple but clean and nice and a great value for the price! Amazing restaurants surround you, and the restaurant in the hotel is one of the most famous fondue restaurants in the city. There was a long line out of the restaurant to get in both nights we were there, but as guests of the hotel, you get a guaranteed reservation and a separate entrance.

We loved the facility due to the hospitality and pleasant nature of the staffs. The facilities were amazing especially to stay with Family. This proerty is in walkable distance from Zurich HB made our stay more mobile. The surroundings are good for a much charming night stroll near the lake. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay.
