Hotel is ideally located. Rooms are small but mostly adequate. Breakfast is good, though scrambled eggs arrive later than the breakfast room opens. Reception staff changes so often one cannot keep track of them, but a young man who was there most often was very helpful.

Our room was ready for an early check-in which was wonderful after a trans-Atantic flight. Comfortable bed, good shower, small room, but adequate. We showed up at breakfast 45 minutes before closing, and many things were out. However, we did not ask for rolls or eggs to be replenished, so perhaps they would have been provided. Friendly staff.

beautiful room in the old swiss style very clean really nice place in zurich, close to lake and city center very friendly and atmosphere bonus: on arrival I could even speak dutch to the hotel staff!

The hotel is located perfectly in the center with easy access to all the major attractions of the city and public transportation. While we landed in the midst of a major heatwave in Zurich, the air conditioning in the room was relatively poor, with some uncomfort to cool down in the room during our stay..though we did ask for additional portable ventilators..but still the room felt kind of stuffy. Nonethelsess, the staff was more tge curtious, very helpful, and attentive to our needs. Thank you! All and all a good experience 😊

The location of the hotel is great, right in the pedestrian old town. Rooms are modern and very clean. The breakfast selection was good, typical buffet for this price point.
