My husband is in a Rehab Clinic close by and this is a nice relaxing hotel to come back to after a sometimes stressful day where as a woman on her own I feel safe

Location on the other side is not the best. Even the GPS find it difficult too locate it.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable, modern, clean and very tastfuly decorated. The concept, rooms, breakfast, staff and all is great.

The room was dry, as largely expected. However, with the windows necessarily open, there was some noise all night from the nearby freeway. The hotel is dreadfully difficult to find. Signage from the main roadway(s) must be improved.

Super comfortable beds and pillows. Clever swivel TV in our JR Suite. Breakfast was delicious, although the welcome mixed vegetables were cold. (We wished there had been a guest microwave available for warming them.)

I thought that with the price that paid for the suite breakfast would be included ,but it wasn't.

The hotel is new in an area that's in the middle between Lausanne and geneva. The suite that we stayed in was great with seating area. The staff were friendly, especially Mehdi, from the restaurant. The restaurant was great with different food selections. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again. Free parking.

Bathroom is separated from the living quarters/bed by a glass wall, so not really private. Ok if you're staying alone, but doesn't work if you're not.

Súper modern, brand new, extremely clean. The family room is very comfortable, the cleaning is in the afternoon so the kids could sleep until late and have breakfast in the room. Our little dog was offered a super comfy doggy bed and two bowls. The position is good if you have a car but the hotel offers a shuttle to Etoy train station in case you don’t have one.

The air conditioning wasn't working or was working very poorly, even on the highest setting. The room was unfortunately very stuffy. Opening the windows didn't help as there was no wind coming in, and with only one window on one side of the room, there was no possibility of creating a draft either. Since our room was on the ground floor and we had a small pet, we couldn't keep it open anyway. There is little protection, but it's easy for a small pet to go through and escape. Functioning air conditioning would have been a lifesaver; it's a shame. On top of that, the bathroom and the toilet are in the same glass enclosure with one door leading into it and no lock or much privacy. When one goes to the toilet or the shower, there is no proper ventilation (the one that is there is very weak; I'm not sure if it even really worked). So, to get the steam out and ventilate the toilet, one has to open the glass door that leads to the rest of the room. This glass installation isn't completely see-through, but body shapes are still visible, including what one is doing. The door has a fairly big gap, so don't be sitting comfortably in there. Also, there is no door or full protection between the shower area, the door, and the rest of the bathroom, so water goes everywhere. There is a little kitchenette, and you are told that you have to pay extra for equipment, which I find actually quite odd. I mean, there isn’t even a wine bottle opener, but okay, you agree to it. Although, I think it would have been so much better if the bathroom and the toilet were separated and done properly instead of the kitchenette. Perhaps some rooms could forego this and instead have better facilities. There is hardly any space for clothes and only two hangers.

The bar and restaurant are nice and have friendly staff. Generally, the hotel is comfortable, stylish, and quite peaceful. Pets are allowed and are treated kindly. Parking is included, easy, and without any problems. The TV is good-sized and works well. There is a nice kitchenette – if you need it you have to pay extra for equipment. There is a foldable table with necessary plugs under the TV, plus an extra small table near it. It might have been a good idea to have two chairs for a room for two people with a kitchenette, instead of just one. Soundproofing.
