SPA area was nice but very crowded with kids and was very noisy.The kids was diving in the jacuzzi with their goggles and no one was paying attention.

The location was perfect.Very good breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

It would have been nice to have coffee and a tea station in the room. The room was a bit too warm at night and there was not enough fresh air

Customer service is very attentive and friendly. Nice wellness spa and sauna facilities. At breakfast there were different plant-based milk options (soya, almond).

The checkin took 45min (without exaggeration), not sure if the hotel was under staffed that particular weekend but that just ruins the day when one comes with the kids extremely tired from skiing all day. The hotel can get pretty busy, so probably not suited for folks looking for a calm and relaxing atmosphere (not our case though).

Fantastic hotel, we loved the 2 bedrooms apartment we booked for our family and friends - very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa (pool, jacuzzi, sauna) is also top notch. Finally, I found the hotel quite well located, 15min walk from the Jakobshorn lift (or 5 min by car, hotel offers parking as well), 5min from the main street with all the shops and 10min from the ice hockey arena.

A bit of draft from the room window. When you turn the heating higher it gets too hot and dry. The pool is small. No refrigirator in the room

1. There's no direct access from the garage to elevator and the hotel. You have to find the way to the elevator of your hotel since there's other elevator leading to another hotel and some apartments. You go through the SPA zone of your hotel and you're confident that the closest elevator if the one leading you to your floor, but it's not. More explicit signs would definitely help. 2. The chair from IKEA in the room is not comfortable for the back. One have to put pillows under the back.

Spacious garage so you are not afraid to scratch the car 5. Varied breakfast including chef cooking omelets, fried eggs etc. 6. Be aware to not sit with your back against the jet beams of the jacuzzi in the spa. I ended up with 15 bruises on my back. Also be aware that they organize every Saturday a DJ, so going early to bed with the window open is not recommended.

During my stay, the road in front of the hotel is under construction/maintainance but the hotel didn’t inform us earlier.

The hotel is nearby to the bus stop and walking distance to Davos Congress Centre. Good place to consider during ur winter too.

There were big works in the street accessing the hotel, requiring to make quite a large detour if arriving from the main street, and when I registered to the reception desk, the staff was not even aware that there was no more pedestrian access to the hotel through the main entrance. It lasted for my whole stay, and it was not very practical. I recommend for next time that customers get informed in advance and receive the best way from the station to enter the hotel.

This is the smallest Hard Rock Hotel we have visited with the least vibes. There were limited facilities and amenities. The roof top bar wasn’t open when we visited (we reached at 6pm). It was quite a long walk from the train station with the luggage. Staff didn’t pre-empt us that there was road construction along the road outside the hotel.

It’s a fairly new property. Breakfast was alright with the usual items like selection of bread, cheese, salad. egg station. Andy at the Rock shop was very helpful. The rook doesn’t have a hot kettle but upon request it was sent to our room. Staff was also responsive to queries prior to our stay.

Had a room in the side wing, near the parking lot. Felt like being in a obscure basement, view was on a cars wheels. Staff @the reception were not really welcoming, could‘t crack one smile.. For a such big Hotel, the Breakfast choice could be wider.

Proprety is well situated in the middle of Davos, everything in walking distance. Room is nice/stylish, modern with all amenities, has a confortable bed & small desk to work. Spa is excellent, has couple of saunas & steam bath, jacuzzi & a swimmingpool (who could be lightly warmer in the winter..). Breakfast is ok. Wifi signal is strong/good. The athosphere of the Hotel is cool/ Rocky ;)

Room is exceptionally small (deluxe queen silver). Sockets layout not quite handy. I get it with hard rock style but heavy metal was too much during dinners

When I booked the room in the pictures, it was not the same as we got. The sink in the bathroom is so small that it is not possible to brush your teeth or wash your face. Breakfast +- ; The pool is cold.

This year they had issues with the housekeeping service. On check in day the room was not ready before 4:30 pm. In general they would come very late to clean the room; as late as 5 or 6 pm. And on one day they just didn’t show up and completely forgot it. For an hotel of this category (and room price) I find it quite disappointing. But what bother me most is that the response is very reactive to the complaints. I hope the management works out a strategy to address these issues pro-actively, so that as a customer you feel they care about your experience and are compensating you for the discomfort and in return you would be more willing to tolerate their staff shortage. This would also help the staff at the reception to deal with the customers, because they are the ones that take the complaints and there is little they can do about it!

We returned to this hotel since it’s very conveniently located, has very good sound proof rooms, comfy beds and a nice pool and spa area.
