We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast area can get crowded at certain times, but clears out quickly and the staff does an excellent job of cleaning the tables right away. The location is very good, right on the pedestrian way, however, it's an area of lower end bars and cafes that may not be desirable to seniors or people that want a more attractive area. You can park at the corner to unload the luggage from your car if a space is available.

IsraelThe AC in my room was not really cooling, and the blanket was too warm for me (so I used only the blanket's cover). The breakfast looks very nice if you are not vegan (eggs, sossages, bacon, yougurts, cold meet, cheese, all kind of bread and jums). I am vegan, and as I wrote, the very friendly staff at the breakfast arranged especially for me vegan milk every morning (I stayed there 10 days). But I believe that a breakfast at a hotel now days, even a basic breakfast, could have a bit more options for people who eat only plant-based food. My breakfast there included: nice hot black coffee from a machine, slices of tomato and cucumbers and a bowl of cornflakes with vegan milk. It would be nice that along the buffet with pots of eggs, sossages and bacon to have one pot with a coocked plant-based dish (in other hotels I had dishes like cooked vegies/couscous or similar).
Very nice, friendly and helpfull staff. Location is great (no view from the window though). The room (single) is comfortable, clean and quiet. I wrote in advance that I am vegan, and the friendly staff at breakfast arranged especially for me vegan milk (i.e. almond/soy milk) for the whole duration of my stay (10 days).
